Young Leads Foundation To promote the educational and socia economic well being of young people and women living in deprived and less privilege communities in Africa.

To provide competencies to members in the following: a. Effective public communication (oral and written), b. Team work and team building; c. Sense of responsibility in the immediate environment; d. Creating, understanding, respecting and improving societal protocols; e. Setting goals, developing steps of achieving the goals within agreed time and budget; f. The culture of honesty, Accountability, confidence, commitment, positive attitude, creativity and the ability to inspire others.
