Her journey began at Konga, Nigeria’s largest online mall, where as an early employee in 2012, she rose to lead the Konga Seller Academy, empowering thousands of merchants with essential online thriving skills.

She later served as GM, People Operations at Cars45, driving talent strategy across Nigeria, Ghana, and Kenya for the leading auto-tech platform. In 2015, she founded Kiddies Hub, an online kids wear store that secured seed funding from the Tony Elumelu Foundation, expanding her e-commerce impact.

Today, Teju leads People & Culture at MANO, the ultra-fast online grocery and food marketplace, overseeing talent strategy and employee experience across Nigeria.
