As, we mark under the global theme: “Save Lives: Decriminalise.”

Criminalisation does not protect communities.
It pushes people into hiding.
It delays diagnosis.
It blocks access to treatment.
It costs lives.

Across Nigeria and beyond, People Living with HIV, key populations, and other marginalised communities continue to face stigma — not just socially, but structurally.

When laws punish identity, survival, or health-seeking behaviour, the result is fear instead of care.

Decriminalisation is not just a legal issue.
It is a public health imperative.
It is a human rights necessity.
It is how we save lives.

Today, we reaffirm our commitment to building systems where everyone — regardless of status, identity, or circumstance — can access health services with dignity.

Valentine’s Day celebrates love of all kinds.

But what happens when love meets HIV… and the law?

Before you say “I love you,” do you truly understand your rights?

Are you legally required to disclose?

What does Undetectable = Untransmittable actually mean in a relationship?

And what protections exist if disclosure leads to blackmail, stigma, or violence?

This isn’t fear.
This is clarity.

Join Barrister Ada Ochubili and Nurse D**e Peace in a much-needed conversation about love, consent, HIV realities, and the legal truths many people don’t know.

What happens when the land you’ve trusted your whole life stops trusting you back?

This is the silent fear many women farmers in Delta and Edo State live with today.

They plant with hope… and watch the sun burn everything down before their eyes.

They walk long distances for water only to realise water can no longer save their crops.

They borrow to survive, then borrow again just to try one more time.

In their words, “We dey suffer… the work don too much. The sun dey finish everything.”

This is not just climate change — it is a slow unraveling of dignity, labour, and dreams of women farmers.

And still, these women rise every morning and choose courage again.

Share this story with someone who needs to understand that climate justice is not abstract — it is personal. It is urgent. It is now.

Climate change is no longer a distant threat — it is reshaping the lives of women farmers in Delta State today.

Nigeria experienced its harshest heatwave in the last 5 years, leading to unpredictable rainfall, and severe water scarcity destroying crops that families depend on for survival.

In this video, a farmer, Chinasa, 30 years, shares her story — one of strength, loss, and the daily battle to keep her farm alive.

Her voice represents thousands of women whose realities rarely reach policy tables.

It is time for action, investment, and gender-responsive climate support.

Delta State must listen. Nigeria must act.

Today, honor every person living with HIV — their strength, their joy, and their right to live with dignity.

HIV is not a death sentence. Stigma is.

This , we choose truth over fear, support over silence, and care over discrimination.

Everyone deserves access to treatment, information, and a community that sees their full humanity.

Share this to remind someone:
They are not alone.
They are valued.
They can live, love, and thrive. ❤️

She didn’t look like what she was going through.
Most women don’t.

On the outside, she smiled, posted pictures, replied messages…

But online, she was fighting comments that hurt, DMs that crossed the line, and words that stayed with her long after she logged out.

Digital violence doesn’t always show on the face.
But it shows in fear, silence, and the way women begin to hide their light just to stay safe.

This 16 Days of Activism, we are standing with every woman who has ever felt unsafe on her own phone.

We are saying: Your inbox should not be a battleground. Your timeline should not be a threat. You deserve peace.

If this reminds you of someone —
please share this with her.

Let her know she is seen. She is supported. She is not alone. 💛
