The Naibu-l-Imam of Offa, Fadilat Sheikh Muhammad Qasim Agbolahan Olatunji Baba, PhD, is set to deliver a lecture at the 2026 Annual Ramadan Programme organised by the Esther Ajikawo Foundation.
The event, scheduled for Tuesday, March 10, 2026, at 4pm, will hold at the Offa Descendants Union (ODU) National Secretariat Open Space, Offa, Kwara State.
Themed “Benefits of Kindness and Alms Giving,” the lecture is expected to highlight the spiritual significance of generosity and compassion, especially during the holy month of Ramadan.
Organised by the Esther Ajikawo Foundation, an affiliate of the Samtem Charity Foundation, the annual programme is held in honour of the late Chief Buraimoh Otedola Ajayi.
Sheikh Olatunji Baba is widely respected for his scholarly contributions and religious leadership within the Muslim community as Naibu-l-Imam of Offa.
His address is anticipated to draw worshippers, religious leaders and community stakeholders from across Offa and neighbouring towns.
The host of the programme, Esther Temitope Ajikawo, popularly known as Mama Samtem, said the foundation remains committed to promoting faith-based initiatives that foster unity and humanitarian values.
She noted that the Ramadan lecture serves not only as a spiritual gathering but also as a platform to reinforce the importance of kindness and charitable giving as instruments of communal harmony and development.
Residents of Offa and its environs have been encouraged to attend the programme and partake in the spiritual and moral teachings expected at the event.
