A second term for Governor Bago will guarantee that these projects are not only finished but sustained for long term impact.

We firmly believe that there is currently no viable alternative that matches the vision, capacity, and results already demonstrated by Governor Bago. THE MANAGEMENT OF NGN FOUNDATION REMIND ALL MUSLIM UMMAS OF 6️⃣ DAYS FASTING IN ISLAMIC MONTH OF SHAWWAL WHICH IS EQUALS TO ONE YEAR FASTING

The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: Whoever fasts Ramadan and then follows it with six days of Shawwal, it is as if he/she fasted for an entire year. This Hadith is found in Sahih Muslim and makes clear the immense reward associated with fasting these six 6️⃣ days after the holy month of Ramadan. It emphasizes the importance of continuing acts of worship and maintaining a spiritual connection even after Ramadan ends.

Fasting six days in Shawwal, the month following Ramadan, offers several benefits:

1. Continuation of Ramadan's Blessings: Fasting these six days is a way to extend the spiritual rewards and blessings achieved during Ramadan.

2. Increased Rewards: According to Hadith, fasting six days in Shawwal after Ramadan is as rewarding as fasting for a whole year, due to the cumulative effect of Ramadan (30 days) plus the six days.

3. Spiritual Discipline: These fasts help maintain the discipline developed during Ramadan, encouraging a continuation of self-control and devotion.

4. Health Benefits: Intermittent fasting can improve metabolism, promote weight loss, and enhance overall physical health through periods of calorie restriction.

5. Development of Gratitude: Fasting allows individuals to develop a greater appreciation for food and resources, fostering a sense of gratitude for what they have.

6. Social Bonds: Engaging in communal fasting or discussing the experience with friends and family can strengthen relationships and create a sense of community.

7. Detoxification: Fasting can help the body detoxify, allowing for physical and mental rejuvenation.
