On the 30th of October 2021, history was made!

The City of Warri is not known for theatre arts performances and hosting plays. So, The Cascade Sustainability Foundation in conjunction with other grouo of creatives came together to put something up with the goal of building capacity, opening up the city of Warri for the purpose of tourism, arts and cultural appreciation.

Interestingly, 98% of the cast members are not theatre trained! Wait till you see their stellar performances, it will amaze you 😊

Through our very short time of preparations to the day of performance, it was a sweet, tedious and interesting journey and we thank the Almighty God for making it a reality.

We want to use this opportunity to appreciate every support system that made it possible, and especially to parents who allowed their kids to be part of this play.
Watch out for pictures and videos.

We also hope to have better venues for standard stage performances as time will progress.

On the 30th of October 2021, The City of WARRI will experience something different from the usual, we will be performing a full theatre play.

Theatre arts performances are not really appreciated on this side of the world, so the team decided to break new grounds.

This performance will be achieved with the support of generous collaborators.

We hope to build capacity of actors, dancers, craftsmen (tailors, makeover artistes, hair stylists, painters, carpenters), writers through this project.

We also aim to promote theatre arts performances and tourism in the city of Warri through this project.

it is a huge one for us all and we seek support on this project.
