Who is it really for?

When childhood starts to look like adulthood, something is being lost.
Innocence is not outdated, it’s being overlooked.

Let girls grow gently, not prematurely.

It was all about focus, balance, and a little friendly competition!

Here is the rules of the game; If the plastic egg falls, the competitor must restart and their hands must not touch the table. simple right? Until you try it 🤣

In the end, there was a winner and a runner-up, but the real highlight was the laughter, resilience, and confidence built in the process. 💛

Because every challenge is a chance to grow.

The game included plastic cups and a egg, two girls, and plenty of laughter 🤣

The girls had an amazing time engaging in a fun and friendly challenge, testing their focus, coordination, and teamwork.

Of course, every game has a winner and a loser, but the real victory was in the joy, bonding, and memories created. 💛

This girls are at it again and they got hands-on and creative as they made homemade Vaseline together 💫

Using simple ingredients like paraffin oil, paraffin wax, petroleum jelly, and a touch of fragrance, they didn’t just learn how to create , they learned the power of skill-building, self-reliance, and innovation.

Moments like this remind us that when girls are given the opportunity to learn, they gain more than knowledge, they gain confidence to create, lead, and thrive.

We are proud to share that our foundation has been awarded the 2026 FAWCO Development Grant, a major step toward expanding opportunities for girls through technology and education.

This powerful step forward for the FAWCO Digital Doorways IT Learning Lab in partnership with Heidelberg IWC, establishes a 6-station computer lab in Lagos, creating access for 120 girls each year to gain digital skills, explore STEM pathways, and build confidence for the future.

From safe online practices to coding and career development, this initiative is about equipping girls with tools that truly transform lives.

This is a movement toward empowerment, access, and lasting change 💛

Culture should never cost a girl her safety.

How is it that from child marriage to forced widowhood rites, from the Osu caste system to witchcraft accusations, and harmful practices keep girls in chains, strip girls of dignity, freedom, and future was never enough now it's the Ozoro r**e festival.

Nothing is more urgent than ending the so‑called Ozoro “r**e festival.

• This is not culture.
• This is not tradition.
• It is violence disguised as celebration, and it leaves scars that silence girls for life.

Every girl deserves joy, education, and respect, not trauma. 💜

Childhood should be about learning, laughter, and discovery, not responsibilities meant for adults.
When we stop early marriage, we protect futures, break cycles of poverty, and give every child the chance to grow into their full potential.
