COMMUNIQUÉ

Subject: Approval and Mandatory Use of Official Female Uniform According to Rank

The leadership of the Lajnatul Hisbah Association of Nigeria, Katsina State Command, wishes to inform all State, Division, and Detachment Commands, as well as all members of the Association, that during the State Executive Council Meeting held today Sunday 26th July, 2026, the Executive Council deliberated extensively on the issue of standardizing the official uniform for female officers of the Command.

After careful consideration, the State Executive Council unanimously approved the adoption of the official female uniform, as shown in the attached photographs, to serve as the standard dress code for all female officials of the Command.

The Council further resolved that the approved face veil (niqab) colours shall signify the rank of each female officer and shall be worn accordingly during official duties, ceremonies, parades, meetings, trainings, and other authorized engagements of the Association.

Accordingly, all female officers are directed to comply strictly with the approved uniform policy. State Commands, Zonal Commandant's, Divisional Commandant's and Detachment Leaders are hereby instructed to ensure full implementation and compliance within their respective jurisdictions.

This policy is aimed at promoting:

Uniformity and standardization.

Discipline and professionalism.

Proper identification of ranks.

Decency in accordance with Islamic values.

Unity and organizational identity.

The State Executive Council appreciates the cooperation and commitment of all members toward strengthening the discipline and image of the Command.

Maudu'i: Amincewa da Wajabta Amfani da Sabuwar Shigar Jami'an Bangaren Mata

Shugabancin Lajnatul Hisbah Association of Nigeria, Reshen Jihar Katsina, na sanar da daukacin Kwamandojin Shiyyoyi (Zonal Commandants), Kwamandojin Kananan Hukumomi (Division Commandants), da kuma dukkan mambobin ƙungiyar cewa, a taron Majalisar Zartarwa ta Jiha da aka gudanar a yau ranar Lahadi, 26 ga Yuli, 2026, an tattauna batun samar da daidaitacciyar shiga ga jami'an bangaren mata.

Bayan cikakken nazari da shawarwari, Majalisar Zartarwa ta Jiha ta amince da amfani da sabuwar shigar jami'an mata kamar yadda aka nuna a hotunan da ke tare da wannan sanarwa. Wannan ita ce za ta kasance daidaitacciyar sutura a hukuman ce (official uniform) ga dukkan jami'ai mata na Rundunar.

Haka kuma, Majalisar ta yanke shawarar cewa launin nikabi (mayafin fuska) da aka amince da shi zai kasance alamar matsayin (Rank) na kowace jami'a. Saboda haka, wajibi ne kowace jami'a ta sanya nikabi mai launin da ya dace da matsayinta yayin gudanar da duk wani aikin Rundunar, musamman a lokutan wa'azi, Walima, da bikin fareti, tarurruka, horaswa da sauran ayyukan hukuma.

Saboda haka, ana umurtar dukkan jami'an mata da su bi wannan sabon tsarin sanya kaya ba tare da wani saɓani ba. Haka kuma, ana umurtar Kwamandojin Shiyyoyi, Kwamandojin Kananan Hukumomi da sauran shugabanni da su tabbatar da cikakken aiwatar da wannan tsari tare da sanya ido kan yadda ake bin sa a yankunan da suke jagoranta.

Manufar Wannan Tsari

An amince da wannan tsari ne domin:

- Samar da daidaito da tsari a cikin suturar jami'an.
- Ƙarfafa ladabi da ƙwarewa wajen gudanar da aiki.
- Sauƙaƙa gano matsayin jami'ai ta hanyar launin nikabi.
- Tabbatar da sutura mai mutunci wadda ta dace da koyarwar addinin Musulunci.
- Ƙarfafa haɗin kai, ɗa'a da martabar ƙungiyar.

Majalisar Zartarwa ta Jiha tana yaba wa dukkan mambobin ƙungiyar bisa haɗin kai, biyayya da jajircewarsu wajen tabbatar da ladabi, tsari da kyakkyawan suna na Rundunar. Haka kuma, tana kira ga kowa da ya ba da cikakken haɗin kai domin aiwatar da wannan sabon tsari yadda ya kamata.

CONDOLENCE MESSAGE

The leadership of the Lajnatul Hisbah Association of Nigeria, Katsina State Command, extends its heartfelt condolences to the Chairman of Jama'atu Izalatil we Bid'ah Wa Iqamatus Sunnah (JIBWIS), Katsina State Sheikh (Dr) Yakubu Musa Hassan (Sautul Sunnah), the State Director of First Aid JIBWIS, Alhaji Garba Magaji Galadima, The chairman council of ulama of the JIBWIS Dr Nasiru Abdurrahman Funtua. the leadership of JIBWIS Kankara Division, and the entire JIBWIS family over the tragic death of the First Aid Director of JIBWIS Kankara Division Malan Surajo Kamilu following a bandit attack.
We received the sad news with profound sorrow and deep sympathy. This unfortunate incident is a great loss not only to JIBWIS but also to the entire Muslim Ummah and all those who value humanitarian service and community development.

We pray that Almighty Allah (SWT), in His infinite mercy, forgives the shortcomings of the deceased, grants him Aljannatul Firdaus, and gives his family, friends, colleagues, and the entire JIBWIS family the strength and patience to bear this irreparable loss.
We also pray that Allah protects our communities, restores lasting peace and security to Katsina State and Nigeria as a whole, and grants safety to all those who dedicate their lives to serving humanity.
"Indeed, to Allah we belong, and indeed to Him we shall return." (Qur'an 2:156).
