On Friday, December 12, 2025, Isese Itona Abalaye Worldwide, led by its President, Aare Adesesan Ibitoye, paid a courtesy visit to His Highness, Engr. Amb. (Dr.) Murtala Alimi Otisese ADETIMIRIN 1, OBA YORUBA KANO.

During the visit, the organization presented His Highness with an Award of Excellence as the Best Traditional Ruler of the Year, recognizing his exemplary leadership, devotion to peace, and fatherly guidance and support to the organization. His Highness appreciated the organization for deeming him worthy of this prestigious honor.

Iya Abiye Olaide Okanlomo, who doubles as the Olori Abiye, FCT Abuja, is one of the pillars of traditional medical practice in the country.
