OFFICIAL EVENT REPORT

The Sarkin Maganin Kasar and Global President of the International Youth Development Forum for Peacebuilding and Empowerment Foundation (IYDEF-PEF) graced the official inauguration of the Kaduna State Office of the Hijrah Aid Foundation for Less Priviledge (HAF-LP).

The newly established office will be coordinated by Amb. Maryam Abubakar Sardauna who will oversee the Foundation's humanitarian, empowerment, and community development activities within Kaduna State.

The occasion underscored the shared commitment of both organizations to strengthening humanitarian services, supporting vulnerable populations, promoting community development, and advancing sustainable peace and empowerment initiatives.

Subject: Strategic Working Visit and Resumption of Office – Country Director, Nigeria

The International Youth Development Forum for Peacebuilding and Empowerment Foundation (IYDEF-PEF) hereby documents a strategic development engagement held on Tuesday, 28th April 2026, at the Foundation’s operational office in Kano State.

The meeting was hosted by Amb. Usman Mallam Hussaini, Private Secretary to the Global President, Dr. Amb. Abdul Razak Toure, who formally received Dr. Mohammed Kabir Mohammed, the newly appointed Country Director, Nigeria.

Purpose of Visit

The engagement served as an official working visit marking the formal resumption of office by the Country Director, Nigeria. The session was positioned as a high-level strategic alignment meeting aimed at accelerating operational readiness and strengthening national-level implementation frameworks.
