Today, 07/10/2025, the Garun Mallam Waqf Foundation officially launched the registration of the first beneficiaries into the Kano State Contributory Healthcare Management Agency (KSCHMA) program. A total of 40 beneficiaries were successfully enrolled during the event, which took place at the Garun Mallam District Head’s Palace.

‎The occasion was graced by representatives from the KSCHMA office, the Chairman, Board of Trustees (District Head of Garun Mallam LGA), the Secretary, Garun Mallam Local Government, the Vice Chairman, Board of Trustees Alh. Yusuf Nadabo Chiromawa (Sarkin Noman Jihar Kano) as well as village and ward heads, members of the management leadership, and other representatives from the 10 political wards of the Local Government Area.
