Balancing Development with Climate Action Through Youth Engagement 🌱🌍

As Wurno town undergoes important developmental projects such as township roads, often resulting in the loss of countless trees, Eyes on the Environment Initiative is stepping forward to champion nature-based solutions that restore balance between progress and sustainability.

Today, we proudly conducted a tree-planting campaign with the students of JSS Wurno, Jigawa State. This initiative reflects our unwavering commitment to climate change mitigation, ecosystem restoration, and youth empowerment.

By involving students at an early age, we are cultivating a generation that is environmentally conscious, climate-resilient, and dedicated to sustainable development.

We deeply appreciate the tireless efforts of our Zonal Coordinator for Dutse Zone, Mr. Shamsu Yusif, whose leadership was instrumental in making this campaign a success.
