A 9-year-old girl, born with no hands, has won a *National Handwriting Competition*, proving to the world that *nothing is impossible*.
Her story is a powerful reminder that *determination, focus, and perseverance* can overcome even the greatest physical challenges.

This achievement is not just about handwriting — it's about *breaking barriers, defying expectations*, and inspiring others to believe in their own abilities.

*Lesson:* *Disability does not mean inability. When passion meets resilience, the impossible becomes possible.*

On World Mental Health Day (October 10th), let's talk about inclusion and belonging.
Finding a sense of belonging is fundamental to good mental health. Yet, many face significant challenges—from stigma and discrimination to feeling unseen or unheard—that create barriers to inclusion. This lack of acceptance can lead to isolation, anxiety, and depression.
We must actively work to create spaces—online and in-person—where everyone is truly accepted and valued, exactly as they are. Inclusion isn't just about presence; it's about feeling safe to be vulnerable.
Be an ally. Speak up against exclusion. Let's make every community a place of genuine belonging. Your mental well-being—and that of those around you—depends on it.

On the 11th of July 2025, I had the privilege of attending the Heart to Heart Inclusive Education Foundation's Inclusive Children's Fun Day 2025, which took place at LEA Primary School Mahuta Refinery Junction, Chikun Local Government Area. As a wheelchair user, I was honored to speak at the event. I shared that despite my physical limitations, my mind is full of possibilities and creativity. I showcased my artworks to demonstrate that disability is not a barrier to achievement. I emphasized that with the government's support in removing physical and societal barriers, people with disabilities can reach their full potential and contribute meaningfully to society. The event was led by the Executive Director of the foundation, Mrs. Salome Net, who continues to champion inclusivity and empowerment for all.
