*Minister Applauds Alh. Bashir Idris PhD On Digital Transformation and Infrastructural Projects.*
The Minister of Health and Social Welfare, Dr. Iziaq Adekunle Salako, commended the Registrar /CEO Alh.Bashir Idris PhD for his outstanding work in digital transformation and infrastructural projects. This praise came during the minister's visit to the Community Health Practitioners Registration Board of Nigeria Headquarters in Abuja.
Dr. Salako acknowledged Alh. Bashir Idris PhD is a visionary leader who is making a significant impact on society. The minister emphasized that these efforts align with the country's digital drive and aim to improve healthcare delivery in Nigeria.
During the visit, Dr Salako also honoured the Community Health Board's sports team for their impressive performance in the last MDAs Competition held in Port Harcourt.
In his remarks, Alh. Bashir Idris PhD expressed gratitude for the minister's visit and assured him that the Community Health Board will continue to provide effective services, consistent with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu's Renewed Hope Agenda.
Alh. Bashir Idris PhD also highlighted the need for federal government intervention to address the proliferation of illegal community health training institutions and unemployment among community health practitioners in Nigeria. Furthermore, Dr. Iziaq Adekunle Salako was honoured with the Fellow of Community Health Institute (FCHI) awarded by the Community Health Institute.
