If there was anything that has ever made me a better person, helped me grow and develop my potentials it's in

I gave my life to Christ(officially) 2006 (almost 20 years now) and since then I've been actively serving and volunteering till date. I have served different organizations, different ministries, different leaders and all of these without expecting a dime.

This has connected and given me access to great and mighty men I couldn't have possibly met(one of these days I'll tell you about men who shaped my life). It has also taken me to states and platforms I thought were too big for me.

Volunteering is one of the easiest yet despised means of getting motivated, learning, maintaining mental health and developing great and meaningful relationships.

So.......

Who should volunteer? You should Volunteer. I should Volunteer

How do I Volunteer? Your time, your skills, your service etc. You basically have something.

When do I Volunteer? You should start now

Today the intensity was even more. Our participants were already delivering their projects through presentations, going out to shoot pictures, while the graphic people where busy designing and carrying out their tasks. These guys showed great resilience, commitment faithfulness and discipline, and I must say that I am super proud of each and every one of them.They worked as individuals, as a team and they gave it all.

One of our facilities was highly impressed with his learners and in his words he said having taught numerous people before now, these students or learners were the best he had ever had because they connected, understood and delivered exceedingly well.

As we get closer to the end of our 2 weeks Reach Free Holiday program, having been saddled with responsibilities, individul assignments, and group projects, there was no better time to teach the participants on "TEAMWORK AND COLLABORATION".
The part I loved the most were the questions sessions with some very intelligent questions asked and answered by the participants.

So as part of the activities for the Reach Holiday Free Program, all our participants were clustered into groups and asked to choose a name for themselves and they were assigned to perform various tasks. So we had:
1. Team Alpha
2. Team Innovative and
3. Team Prolific

Our skill up program is not just an opportunity to learn a new skill, but to demonstrate leadership styles and strengths,teamwork and collaboration, humility and service, resilience and passion and already I could see these traits and even more in action in our participants .

We seek to bring out what's not discovered;
We seek to develop what's discovered and we seek to establish what has been discovered

Yesterday was another thrilling one at the Reach Holiday Free Program. 👏👏👏

We had our soft skill session with an one of my amazing and close mentor Ben Shekari the CEO of Thinking Head and he truly got us to use our heads. He spoke to us on Problem Solving and Critical thing with practical experiences and applications.
He was deciphering our challenges as if he was one babalawo. 🤪🤪🤪

After which we got to our classes for the business of the day.

It was truly fun, challenging but fun again 😀😀😀.

We are excited about what we do and we can't wait to show the world what we have been cooking.

There's just one thing about living. It's that you get to live only once. Yet you can get to live just once and it's as if you have lived many years.

Someone would ask how. Well this is how.

Live your best life serving and living to make other lives better. That way you are not just living your own life, but you are living through others because you have been able to pour out on and in them.

It's Day 2 of the Reach Skill-Up Holiday Free Program and it has indeed been a very impactful and eventful time teaching and learning new Hard Skills as well as Soft Skills.

Today we had Peter Precious coming to speak to us on "The Young Entrepreneur". It was indeed a hot 🔥 🔥 🔥 session. Fiery and convincing.

Our Resourceful Facilitators continued to pour out and guide us into Photography Dorcas Duniya (DD Gazelle), Graphic Design David Ayuba (Rebin Graphics) and Social Media Marketing Shalom Benjamin (Ineji Tech Inc)

This is indeed great journey and all the passengers and drivers on board are all very excited about the destination.
