Today, Rapha Health Care and Charity Foundation joins the world in raising awareness about hypertension, also known as high blood pressure a silent killer that often shows no symptoms until serious damage is done.

Know Your Numbers. Save Your Life.
Regular blood pressure checks can help prevent:
Stroke
Heart disease
Kidney failure
Sudden health complications

This year’s reminder is simple:
“Check Your Blood Pressure, Control It, Live Longer.”

We encourage everyone to:
-Eat healthy meals

At Rapha Healthcare and Charity Foundation, we know that healing goes beyond medicine ,it begins with compassion, kindness, and the people who choose every day to care for others selflessly.

This Nursing Week, we proudly celebrate our incredible nurses ,the compassionate hearts behind every patient smile, every comforting word, and every moment of hope.

Nurses are often the first to respond and the last to leave.
They stand beside patients during their most vulnerable moments, offering not just treatment, but strength, reassurance, and dignity.
