Founded in 2010 on little more than dreams and hard work, HSES AFRICA being a humanitarian non-governmental organization, b
ased in Nigeria, Africa, is engaged in promoting competitive human development and capacity building activities which provides empowerment opportunities to equip people with resources, vital information and life skills in preparation to face the challenges of the 21st century. We are mobilizing people all over Nigeria, Africa and the whole world to join us in our formation of a global citizen’s movement, championing the course for grassroots development and empowerment in Africa. HSES AFRICA Concerned-citizens Global Network, Nigeria consists of concerned people from all works of life willing to partner and join HSES AFRICA, Nigeria to promote national transformation and socio-economic development for grassroots development and empowerment. The Group comprises of professional men and women, children, youths, businessmen and women, artists, artisans, sportsmen and women, physically challenged persons, widows associations, Christians, Muslims and native religious groups, community, traditional and market leaders, opinion moulders and analysts, farmers, school teachers, trade unions and all masses of Nigeria committed to the ideals of promoting and protecting the rights of deprived/vulnerable persons, championing grassroots development and empowerment, good and quality leadership, order, unity, peace and the progress of our nation. In the past few years, HSES AFRICA recorded landmark achievements as measured by the organization’s technical capacity through the organization’s performance scorecard. Currently, we are working hard to build up our performance as measurable by the number of people empowered through the organization’s transformation policies. To this effect, HSES AFRICA has opened up a people participatory approach by designing a membership cooperative compensation plan for members, on contract to empower those who are concerned and willing to join the network membership as partners and supporters; transforming their lives as well as the lives of others, starting here in Nigeria, then to other nations of Africa and the entire world. A Country Strategy Paper [CSP] was adopted, designed and developed based on a Value-Base Performance Metrics Workshop for Improving Results organized by CWED [Centre for Water and Environmental Development, Nigeria, Mel Shnapper Associates, Netherlands and Sufter Information Technology, United Kingdom [World Bank Agencies]. After a critical analysis of the socio-economic challenges people face in our world today and the way forward, we developed our CSP based on a Performance scorecard for HSES AFRICA Concerned-citizens EasyLife Membership using a Trimetric Value base Empowerment Data Plan. The performance scorecard is used to monitor and evaluate the development and empowerment of membership-portals administered into the network, with an enjoyable compensation plan for membership.
