IIPCEL SALUTES AND IDENTIFIES WITH NIGERIAN WORKERS ON MAY DAY CELEBRATION.
On behalf of Council, Management, Staff, and the entire membership of the International Institute of Professional Corporate Entrepreneurship and Leadership, IIPCEL, I hereby heartily felicitate with Nigerian workers and all workers across the world on the occasion of this year's Workers’ Day celebration.
As the Nigerian workers join their counterpart all over the world to commemorate this day by celebrating the contributions of workers to the course of human development and nation building, our great Institute pays homage to their commitment to hard work and quest for a just and egalitarian society. We also recognize the tough economic terrain they currently work under given the skyrocketing inflation, insecurity and fluctuating foreign exchange rates which impacts negatively on productivity.,...............
The Institute encourages right work ethics while frowning at all forms of unethical work practices with the strong belief that workers, who are critical stakeholders in the affairs of the nation, must be diligent and hardworking to help to push the aggregates of national development.
We enjoin you to continue to uphold the Code of Conduct for Professional Corporate Entrepreneurs and Leaders with the emphasis on wholesomeness in corporate social responsibility, innovation, creativity, value-focus, transparency, integrity, efficiency and effectiveness.
Together, we can build a resilient workforce that will support a sustainable economy.
