Ntim O'Tarok Gwol Barkin Ladi LGA is a Tarok cultural emersive festival. This year the event took place on March 21st 2026 at Gwol Motel and Gardens.

The U'Pon O'Tarok Gwol Barkin Ladi LGA Chief Iliya Banfa and the Chairman of Ngwang I'Shi O'Tarok Development Association (NIODA) Mr. Timchang Febut Miri on behalf of the Tarok community living in Gwol Barkin Ladi LGA ceases this opportunity to say Thank you Gwol for accommodating the Tarok who came and settled during the mining boom (colonial era), MAFENG.

The Voices of Christians in Gwol rose loudly as they celebrate in worship the death and resurrection of their Lord Jesus Christ.
Easter is a solemn worship and the core of Christianity. The death and resurrection of Jesus Christ is the reason why they have faith in Christ who died and rose to save the world from eternal condemnation.

Earlier today at about 9:00am, I saw these damsels who were getting ready to go to the farm, specifically Vopye Farms. Their mood was cheerful and accommodating, like Peter at the mount of Jesus' transfiguration, I said to them "it will be good that you guys kept this memory", then I asked for their permission to take their photograph which they cheerfully permitted me.

Gwol, Barkin Ladi LGA is blessed with beautiful and hardworking women. They work hard to earn decent living. Women here are hospitable, courteous, respectful and God-fearing.

The voices of women in Gwol are echoing for peace through nonviolent means

Joint Peace Advocacy and Diapraxis (JPAD), an interfaith group in Barkin Ladi LGA organized a 2-day dialogue for faith leaders. The venues were in a Church and Mosque Gwol Barkin Ladi. The th was DIALOGUE FOR JOINT PEACE ACTION.

On The Side of Humanity, as the theme of the year, Barkin Ladi NRCS members are more committed to community sanitation and hygiene more than ever. As our pillar 1 activity for 2025, zero tolerance to dirty environment which breeds diseases and cause sickness.
