At The Ivorgba Center, our mission is clear: to advocate, educate, and empower. But what often goes unseen are the extraordinary efforts behind the scenes that make this work possible.
Just this week, our team endured a harrowing travel experience: a failed engine on a flight led to unexpected hours of being stranded. Despite the exhaustion and delays, including a missed connection to Nigeria, our commitment didn’t waver. By the next morning, we were back on the ground, ready to continue the work that drives our purpose. This moment is a reminder that our mission doesn’t pause for turbulence. The sacrifices, sleepless nights, and unforeseen obstacles are all part of the journey, not just to reach a destination, but to reach the communities we serve.
Because for us, the work doesn’t stop, even at 30,000 feet.
