Centre for Children in Crisis (CENCHIC) is a Non-Governmental, Christian Faith based, not for-profit, child and family focused organization that seeks to improve the wellbeing of children in the community. Our head office is based at Plot 26 Citrus Estate, behind National Open University, Sabon Barki, Jos South, Plateau State. Established in 2000, and registered with the Corporate Affairs Commissi
on (CAC) in 2005 REG. 19016. CENCHIC has been operating in the most impoverished areas where innocent children are growing up and faced with severe hunger, poverty, malnutrition, poor hygiene, abuse and exploitation. We have been providing hope and build futures for children, youth and women in various Local Government Areas of Plateau, and Kogi States. Our programs of intervention are family-centered approach aimed at empowering the households without discrimination of any kind. OUR VISION:

Ensure their rights to life and survival; a name; a home; respected, to worship; join association and participation in peaceful assembly; access to primary and secondary education; freedom of expression; freedom from torture and cruel punishment; freedom from pornographic materials and all forms of exploitation.
