It’s still all about the Bro-Code Conference

One of the most memorable moments from the BroCode Conference was the recognition and appreciation of outstanding individuals who distinguished themselves throughout the program.

From dedicated BroCode Ambassadors and supportive schools to committed volunteers and exceptional mentors, we took time to celebrate those whose efforts, consistency, leadership, and commitment made a remarkable impact.

Recognition is more than an award, it is a powerful reminder that hard work, discipline, and positive character never go unnoticed. By celebrating excellence, we inspire others to rise, contribute, and become the best versions of themselves.

For the boys, it was a moment that reinforced an important lesson: when you show up, lead well, and remain committed to growth, your impact will speak for itself.

As we continue to raise a generation of responsible and purpose-driven young men, we believe that honouring excellence today will inspire even greater achievements tomorrow.

Congratulations to all our award recipients. Your dedication has set a standard for others to follow. Keep leading, keep growing, and keep inspiring.

A Milestone Achieved!! The Largest and Most Impactful Gathering of Boys in Jalingo.

BroCode Conference 2026!!

Bringing together boys from different schools alongside dedicated father mentors created an unforgettable experience of learning, growth, and transformation. The conference was centered on three powerful pillars; Purpose, Leadership, and Legacy. Equipping young boys with the mindset and values needed to become responsible leaders in their communities.

One of the most inspiring highlights of the event was watching the boys open up in their small mentoring circles. These safe spaces allowed them to ask honest questions, share personal experiences, and engage in meaningful heart-to-heart conversations with mentors who listened, guided, and encouraged them.

For us, this was far more than a conference. It marked the beginning of a new chapter in the lives of these young boys. We believe they are returning to their schools, homes, and communities with renewed confidence, clearer purpose, and a stronger commitment to making positive choices and leading with integrity.

We extend our deepest appreciation to everyone who made this milestone possible, our partners, volunteers, father mentors, supporters, and well-wishers. Your commitment, time, and investment have contributed to shaping the next generation of leaders.

To every boy who attended, thank you for showing up with open minds, eager hearts, and a willingness to learn. The knowledge gained is not just something to remember; it is something to live out and lead with.

The journey has only just begun. Together, we are raising a generation of boys who will discover their purpose, build lasting legacies, and lead positive change in their communities.

In a world that often measures success by wealth, status, or possessions, it is easy to forget what truly matters. The greatest asset you will ever possess is your character.

Your values, integrity, resilience, kindness, and determination define you far more than any title, achievement, or material possession ever can. Opportunities may come and go, resources may increase or diminish, but who you are at your core remains your most powerful advantage.

True strength is found in staying honest when no one is watching, choosing courage over fear, and remaining committed to doing what is right even when it is difficult. These are the qualities that build trust, inspire others, and create lasting impact.

Invest in becoming a person of character. Develop your mindset, nurture your values, and let your actions reflect the person you aspire to be. Because in the end, people may remember what you achieved, but they will never forget who you were.

Your character is your greatest strength. Guard it. Grow it. Live it.

We are gradually warming up for the big day: Our Bro Code Conference this Saturday!!

While we were discussing positive and negative masculinity, a boy raised his hand and asked:

“My father always gets angry whenever I fetch water or do chores because I’m a boy… what should I do?”

And it made us realize how many mindsets young boys grow up with without ever questioning them.
How many things are passed down as normal simply because of culture or tradition.

Some boys are taught that helping at home makes them weak.
That chores are only for women.
That masculinity means avoiding responsibility in certain areas.

But conversations like this are exactly why Bro Code exists.

Because we believe masculinity should also mean responsibility, support, respect, and partnership.

And maybe that boy will grow up differently.
Maybe he will become the kind of father who teaches his sons that helping at home is not shameful.
That kindness and responsibility do not reduce a man’s value.

Sometimes, mindset shifts begin with one honest question.”

Education, as we always say, is the key to unlocking opportunities. But how can our children access that key when schools are no longer safe?

For every child abducted, the number of out-of-school children rises, and classrooms grow emptier. Dreams are interrupted, futures are threatened, and hope begins to fade.

A school is meant to be a safe space where children learn, grow, and discover their potential, not a battleground where fear overshadows learning.

When children are afraid to go to school, education suffers. Communities suffer. The nation suffers.

Today, we join our voices with millions of others to say:

“Bring back our children. Protect our schools. Secure the future of every Nigerian child.”

Every child deserves the right to learn in safety, dream without fear, and return home unharmed.

*Education in Nigeria is bleeding. It's time to act. Give us safer schools. Bring back our children. Let every classroom be filled with hope, not fear.

Healthy tips for Boys!

It's important for boys to understand that being strong goes beyond just physical muscles. It really involves looking after your whole self, your body, your mind, and your character.

A big part of this is making sure you eat well and drink enough water throughout the day. Getting enough sleep is also crucial because a tired mind simply won't perform at its best when you need it to. Staying active, whether through sports, exercise, or just getting outside, is another key thing.

When it comes to your social life, try to pick friends who genuinely motivate you to be a better person. Learning how to manage your feelings and express them in a considerate way is a valuable skill. It’s also important to be firm when it comes to things like drugs, smoking, alcohol, and any kind of negative peer pressure. Try to cut down on time spent with harmful content and instead focus on learning new things.

Showing respect to your parents, teachers, and everyone you meet is a fundamental part of good character. And remember, there's absolutely no shame in asking for help when you need it it shows strength, not weakness.

Ultimately, building a good character is what truly matters because the way you act today sets the stage for who you'll become tomorrow.

A boy who is truly healthy isn't just physically fit; he's someone who has discipline, takes responsibility, shows respect, and is ready to make a positive impact on the world around him.

So, for all the boys out there, please take care of yourselves. The world truly needs men who are strong, healthy, and responsible.

It's Children's Day, and we're excited to celebrate all the good things that come with being a child: their joy, their innocence, their amazing dreams, and the future they represent. But amidst this celebration, there’s a really tough reality we just can't look away from.

Some children are still missing, and others are being held captive. Many families are still caught in this agonizing wait, just hoping and praying their kids will come home safely. It’s heartbreaking.

So, as we mark Children's Day, it's also important that we speak up for every single child who has been impacted by violence, by unsafe situations, or by abduction. This is especially true for those still held captive and for all the lives turned upside down by that recent school attack in Oyo, where a teacher tragically died.

Children should be in classrooms, learning and growing, not living in fear. They need love, a sense of security, access to education, and the simple freedom to just be themselves.

Today isn't just about celebrating children in a general sense. It’s also about us praying for them, raising our voices, and pushing for real change.

We hope and wish that every child who is missing finds their way back home safely. We hope every child is protected from harm. And we really hope our schools can become safe, nurturing places again, just like they should be.

Happy Children’s Day
