Esv. Ekweoba Arnold Chukwuebuka stands out as a prominent Nigerian entrepreneur, real estate developer, and licensed estate surveyor and valuer. He is the founder and CEO of Arnold & Associates Group, a top-tier real estate firm based in Awka, Anambra State.

Founded in 2015 while he was still a student at UNIZIK, Arnold & Associates has grown under his leadership into one of the most trusted and dynamic real estate firms in southeastern Nigeria. The company provides services in real estate development, construction, dredging, and consultancy—delivering value and transforming landscapes.

A proud graduate of Estate Management at Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Arnold has remained deeply committed to giving back to the institution and society. His unwavering dedication has earned him several recognitions, including a prestigious "Hall of Fame Award" from UNIZIK for his contributions to education, community upliftment, and youth empowerment.

In a moment of great pride, Nweke Benard Okechukwu, a final-year student from the Department of Mass Communication, presented his well-deserved trophy to the Acting Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Joseph I. Ikechebelu, in his office.

Nweke emerged the 1st position in the Zaccheus Onumba Dibiazue Memorial Libraries (ZODML) National Poetry Award for Nigerian universities, outshining 1,445 participants from 120 universities nationwide. The prestigious contest, which took place in Lagos, also awarded him a cash prize of 250,000 Naira.

A huge congratulations to Nweke Benard Okechukwu for his outstanding achievement and to Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, for fostering such remarkable talent.
