​THE HUMAN BLUEPRINT: THE DAY OF REGRET (Page 306 | Surah Maryam, Verses 39–51)
​And warn dem about the Day of Regret, when the matter will be decided while they dey heedless and they no de believe (Q19:39). "My father, truly I fear say punishment from the Most Merciful go touch you, and then you go become a companion to Shaytan." (Q19:45). He (the father) talk: "You de reject my gods, O Ibraheem (AS)? If you no stop, I go surely stone you; so get away from me for a long time!" (Q19:46). He (Ibraheem (AS)) talk: "Peace be upon you! I go ask forgiveness for you from my Lord; truly, He don ever be gracious to me." (Q19:47). "And I go withdraw from una and wetin una de call upon besides Allah, and I go invoke my Lord; maybe I no go remain unblessed in my prayer to my Lord." (Q19:48). So when he withdraw from dem and wetin they worship besides Allah, We grant am Ishaq (AS) and Ya'qub (AS), and each of dem We make a prophet (Q19:49). And We grant dem from Our mercy, and We make for dem a lofty mention of truth (Q19:50). And mention inside the Book Musa (AS); truly, he was chosen, and he was a messenger, a prophet (Q19:51).

Stop letting toxic familial pressure or societal norms drag you into compromise or disobedience. Page 306 highlights the courageous stand of Ibraheem (AS), who gently and respectfully warned his father against worshiping false entities—even when threatened with stoning—and ultimately chose to withdraw for the sake of his faith. ​THE HUMAN BLUEPRINT: THE MIRACLE OF THE CRADLE (Page 306 | Surah Maryam, Verses 26–38)
​"So eat, drink, and cool your eyes. And if you see any human being, say: 'Truly, I have vowed a fast to the Most Merciful, so I no go talk to any person today.'" (Q19:26). Then she bring him (the baby) to her people, carrying am. They talk: "O Maryam (AS), truly you done bring an unprecedented thing!" (Q19:27). "O sister of Harun (AS), your father no be a wicked man, and your mother no be unchaste woman." (Q19:28). So she point to am. They talk: "How we go talk to person wey still be child inside cradle?" (Q19:29). He (Isa (AS)) talk: "Truly, I be servant of Allah; He give me the Scripture and make me a prophet." (Q19:30). "And He make me blessed wherever I dey, and He enjoin upon me prayer and charity as long as I live," (Q19:31). "And dutiful to my mother, and He no make me arrogant or miserable." (Q19:32). "And peace be upon me the day I born, the day I die, and the day I go be raised up alive." (Q19:33). That be Isa (AS), son of Maryam (AS)—the word of truth about which they de doubt (Q19:34). E no befit Allah to take a son; glory be to Him! When He decree a matter, He only de say to am: "Be," and e de become (Q19:35). "And truly, Allah na my Lord and your Lord, so worship Him alone; this na straight path." (Q19:36). But the factions differ among dem; so woe to those who disbelieve from the scene of a Great Day (Q19:37). How clear their hearing and their sight be on the Day they come to Us! But the wrongdoers today dey inside manifest error (Q19:38).

Stop letting malicious gossip or false accusations make you lose your peace. Page 306 shows Maryam (AS) taking a vow of silence and letting her infant son, Isa (AS), speak out of the cradle to clear her name by the power of Allah. Trust Allah to defend your honor, protect your tongue through disciplined silence, and let His truth manifest through unexpected ways. Focus entirely on worshiping Him alone on the straight path!

​[Allah say]: "O Yahya (AS), hold fast to the Scripture." And We give am wisdom while he still be a child (Q19:12), and affection from Us and purity, and he was God-fearing (Q19:13), and dutiful to his parents, and he never be arrogant or rebellious (Q19:14). And peace be upon him the day he born, the day he die, and the day he go be raised up alive (Q19:15). And mention inside the Book Maryam (AS), when she withdraw from her people to a place toward the east (Q19:16). And she take a screen to screen herself from dem; then We send to her Our Spirit (Jibreel (AS)), and he appear to her as a well-formed human being (Q19:17). She talk: "Truly, I seek refuge in the Most Merciful from you, if you be God-fearing!" (Q19:18). He talk: "I be only a messenger from your Lord to give you gift of a righteous son." (Q19:19). She talk: "How I go get son when no man done touch me, and I never unchaste?" (Q19:20). He talk: "So [it go be]; your Lord say: 'That easy for Me, and so We make am a sign for mankind and a mercy from Us.' And na matter already decreed." (Q19:21). So she conceive him, and she withdraw with him to a remote place (Q19:22). And the pains of childbirth drive her to the trunk of a date palm tree. She talk: "Ah! I wish say I die before this time and become something forgotten and completely out of sight!" (Q19:23). But a voice cry out to her from beneath her: "No grieve! Your Lord done make a stream flow beneath you (Q19:24); and shake the trunk of the date palm tree towards you, e go drop fresh ripe dates upon you." (Q19:25).

​Your Action Plan:
Stop letting moments of intense distress make you feel completely abandoned. Page 296 [sic, 306] shows Maryam (AS) in her deepest pangs of labor, wishing she were forgotten—yet Allah immediately comforted her, providing a flowing stream and fresh dates. Today, perform an "Anxiety Relief Action": when overwhelmed, remember that divine provision requires your physical effort paired with trust (she had to shake the palm tree to get the dates). Do your part, trust His mercy, and watch Him make a way out of nowhere!
