20 sets of chairs donated to Iyeru Okin LGEA Primary School Offa, Kwara State, Nigeria.

🟢 Nourishing Bodies, Touching Souls, One Meal at a Time!

We are thrilled to share that our June 2026 project was successfully delivered yesterday, June 22, 2026!

Sunshine Gender Humanitarian and Human Rights Initiative, in partnership with The Empowering Women Middle East, distributed nutritional rice, chicken, fish and cake to 100 vulnerable children in Kwara State, Nigeria, in loving memory of Mr Santos Pinto.

The outreach included:
1️⃣ Warm reception & prayers: Children received the food packages with joy. Their heartfelt prayers for H.E. Cláudia Pinto, her late father Mr Santos Pinto, and SGHAHRI touched every heart.
2️⃣ Nutrition & dignity: Each child got a balanced meal to nourish their bodies and a moment of care to nourish their spirit.
3️⃣ Words of hope: Our team shared encouragement with the children to stay hopeful and keep dreaming big.
4️⃣ Vote of thanks: Community leaders and parents acknowledged the sponsorship and prayed for continued blessings.

What makes this project special:

🔵 One Month, Zero Hunger: 200 Households Fed Per Term

Sunshine Gender Humanitarian and Human Rights Initiative, in partnership with , has completed a 1-month full food supply to 200 households in Nigeria.

This support means mothers did not have to choose between food and school fees. Families ate 3 times daily for 30 days straight.

A big thank you to our partner, donor and team. Your commitment and generosity put food directly on the tables of those who need it most.

Every family deserves food security and dignity.

Since 2024, consistency has been our culture. Through monthly programmes we have reached 526 women, trained 22 in vocational skills, supported 500 school girls with menstrual hygiene, donated 40 sets of chairs & lockers, fed 400 vulnerable groups, and delivered seminars on GBV, Good Governance, Sustainability, Ethical Practice Empowerment and Trust, peace & and Human Rights Diplomacy.
