Over the years, many doubts the primary functions of Nigeria Aid Group. Thinking they are just security organization. Even some believe they work for the traditional leaders in their community, to the extent that they address them as " King's Horse Keepers." Ridiculously, some considered them as a jobless fellow.

Anyways, it's not their mistake, it's because they see less of the group.

Meanwhile, Nigeria Aid Group is an Islamic faith based uniformed voluntary organization. With the sole aim of promoting health care, first aid procedure and humanitarian services.

NAG is an essential organisation, with the primary role of providing immediate lifesaving care before the arrival of further medical care. This could include performing basic first aid procedure, placing an unconscious victim into the recovery position, stops bleeding using pressure and elevation and keep a fractured limb still among other.
