I had the unfair advantage of monetising tech just immediately after university.

Most people didn't have it that straightened.
Many got on the wagon while still in college, while others didn't get to start till they were married. Some had to relegate tech skills to a side hustle till breaking even.

Our two solutions: DBI Citadel and NBO, are geared towards giving everyone a chance to profitably monetise tech.

I missed one meeting.
I was told never to come back.

Let me take you back to 2017 - Part 2, second Semester in the university, back when everybody around us was learning Java. One of my schoolmates - Sogo, genuinely good at programming, helped me join iLab Rock. It was fun. I saved up, got a laptop, and started building - real projects, a real team, and I was fully into it.

Then I missed one meeting. Just one.

It turned out to be an important one - the kind where the team was supposed to come together and think through something as a unit. And because I was barely a month into the program, that one absence was enough. I couldn’t continue with them at iLab.

At the time, it felt harsh.
Looking back, it taught me something I still carry: I wasn’t ready to learn yet - not because I lacked skill, but because I hadn’t been shown what it means to have standards, and what it means to follow the rules of a team.

That’s the whole lesson: keep working with your team. And if you’re on one, keep your standards up. One missed meeting can look small until it’s the one that mattered.

It’s part of why DBI Citadel and NBO run the way they do - fixed cohorts, real accountability, nobody quietly disappears. Discipline isn’t the enemy of growth. It’s usually the missing ingredient.

How do you actually break into the remote workspace?
That's a harder question than most people give it credit for. I've spent seven years researching it, living it, and building for it; and that work has landed me with two answers, not one.
Two apps built to take you from wherever you are right now to the kind of person who can safely land a remote job, and then hold your hand through the journey to becoming financially stable in the remote market:

🔴 DBI Citadel - the incubator arm. Build real, owned digital systems and businesses.
🟡 NBO (Next Blazers Organisation) - the on-ramp. Structured training that prepares you to enter DSE and start earning.

If you've been trying to figure this out alone; with no one to walk the journey with you - I'd like to be that person.

Grab your seat, grab your tools, and let's take the journey together.
