Asthma & Chest Care Foundation

The Asthma and Chest Care Foundation, previously known as Asthma and Chest Concerns, is a community based Non-Governmental Organization dedicated to helping people breathe better. Founded in 1997 from a personal concern of the founder, it caters for people who have Asthma, Tuberculosis and other lung diseases. For several years, the foundation has established itself as a leading community organization involved in the provision of education, patient care and counseling, training of health professionals; and conducting of research projects towards the enhancement of the lives of people with lung diseases.

This has been achieved through a league of seasoned healthcare professionals who provide selfless service through various platforms such as public seminars, workshops, asthma enlightenment campaigns and other such awareness programmes that cut across all strata of the society including health professionals, artisans, students, school pupils and the general community.
