To the commencement of a new chapter of your academic pursuit regarding the ever-burning drive for success in us all, Man O'War OAU wishes all freshers and stallites a very warm welcome back to Campus.

Dear Freshers, a new environment can be quite exhilarating and challenging but OAU campus is a safe space for all. Here at OAU, diversities and uniqueness are fully embraced. So please feel free and open to embrace yourselves inorder to become the best possible person you can be both in your personal and academic lives. Success is yours if you make the right choices. Nevertheless, be very conscious of your environment, keep your things safe and avoid walking alone at night. Always ensure that someone knows your movement for security reasons.

To our stallites, the ins and outs as well as the dos and don'ts are already well known to you. Stretch a welcoming hand to freshers to help their transitioning easy and stress-free. One of the best way to learn is to teach so let's help each other in our drive for academic success.

Einstein once said, *"Education is not the learning of facts but the training of the mind to think"*. To all students both old and new, learning is not restricted to just our classrooms. There are clubs and activities on campus that are at our disposal that can best ensure that we have a full arsenal for our post-graduate life. May God Almighty boost our knowledge and capacity for understanding and also give us the strength and faith to overcome any ordeal that may come our way.
