"I wish someone had told me earlier."

Those were the words of a 16-year-old girl after an SRHR session in her community.

For years, she believed the myths she heard from friends because no one had ever created a safe space to answer her questions. She thought asking about her body was shameful, and that staying silent was the only option.

One conversation changed that.

She learned about her rights, how her body works, the importance of consent, healthy relationships, and where to seek help when she needs it. More importantly, she realized that knowledge is not something to fear—it is something that protects.

This is why Comprehensive Sexuality Education (CSE) matters. It equips young people with accurate, age-appropriate information, helping them make informed decisions, protect themselves, and build healthy futures.

At Circuit Pointe Charity Foundation, we believe every young person deserves access to life-saving information without fear, stigma, or judgment. Because when young people are informed, they are empowered to make choices that support their health, dignity, and future.

Every conversation has the power to change a life.

Leadership is not about having the loudest voice—it's about creating opportunities for others to rise.

When women lead, communities become stronger. Families thrive. Young girls begin to believe that their dreams are valid, and decisions become more inclusive because diverse voices are heard.

Across our communities, we continue to see women stepping forward as advocates, entrepreneurs, community leaders, and changemakers. Their courage is breaking barriers, challenging harmful norms, and inspiring a new generation to participate in shaping a better future.

Women's leadership is not just about representation—it is about influence, action, and lasting impact.

Let's continue to create spaces where every woman and girl can lead with confidence, participate in decision-making, and contribute to building peaceful, inclusive, and prosperous communities.

💜 Because when women lead, everyone moves forward.

Do you know?

Every day, millions of girls around the world live with the harmful effects of Female Ge***al Mutilation (FGM), a practice that has no health benefits and can cause severe pain, infections, complications during childbirth, trauma, and even death.

FGM is a violation of the human rights of women and girls. It is rooted in harmful social norms not in medical necessity.

Together, we can end FGM by raising awareness, challenging harmful traditions, supporting survivors, and protecting every girl's right to live free from violence.

Every girl deserves dignity. Every girl deserves protection. Every girl deserves a future free from FGM.

For years, Ada* had dreams bigger than her circumstances. She had the determination to succeed but lacked the skills, resources, and opportunities to turn her ideas into reality.

Then one opportunity changed everything.

With the right training, mentorship, and support, she discovered that empowerment isn't just about earning money—it's about believing in yourself, making your own decisions, and creating a future on your own terms.

Today, she is building a livelihood, supporting her family, and inspiring other women to dream beyond their limitations.

Her story reminds us that when women are empowered economically, communities flourish. Children thrive. Families become more resilient. Hope becomes contagious.

At Circuit Pointe Charity Foundation, we are committed to creating more stories like Ada's by equipping women with the skills, confidence, and opportunities they need to succeed.

Every girl deserves to grow up healthy, safe, educated, and free to make choices about her body and future.

Addressing Female Ge***al Mutilation (FGM) and child marriage requires collective action from families, community leaders, young people, and institutions.

At Circuit Pointe Charity Foundation, we continue to raise awareness, challenge harmful social norms, and advocate for communities where girls are protected and empowered to thrive.

Protect girls. End harmful practices. Secure their future.

WHEN POWER BECOMES A WEAPON, ABUSE BECOMES SYSTEMIC.

Abuse does not happen only behind closed doors. It can be built into systems, institutions, workplaces, communities, and structures where power is unequal.

It happens when people in positions of authority use their power to intimidate, manipulate, silence, exploit, or punish those with less power.

It becomes systemic when complaints are ignored, survivors are questioned instead of supported, speaking up attracts retaliation, and institutions protect reputations and powerful individuals over people who have experienced harm.

Silence is not accountability.
Intimidation is not leadership.
Retaliation is not justice.
Power is not permission to abuse.

We must name harmful power dynamics, challenge systems that enable abuse, centre the voices of those affected, and demand accountability from those who hold power.

No position, title, influence, or institution should place anyone above accountability.

Strengthening Data. Improving Health Outcomes.

Circuit Pointe participated in the monthly data harmonization meeting with Community Volunteers (CVs), Community TB Workers (CTWs), and TBLS Linkage Coordinators across Ehime Mbano, Ihitte Uboma, and Oguta LGAs as part of the NTHRIP Project.

The meeting focused on reviewing and harmonizing monthly data on Tuberculosis (TB) and HIV services, including:

TB screening and testing
HIV testing and prevention services
Presumptive TB registers
Referral registers
TB treatment and enrolment records

Regular data harmonization plays a vital role in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of health data. This strengthens service delivery, improves patient tracking and referrals, and supports evidence-based decision-making for better TB and HIV outcomes in our communities.

At Circuit Pointe, we remain committed to supporting high-quality data systems that contribute to improved healthcare services and healthier communities.
