Awori Youth Assembly Oneness & Development. Partnership with: Indigenous Youth, Indigenous Partnership (Luxembourg). Member: Youth Nation, GPY #2015 Development Agenda.

In accordance with United Nation Declaration on the Right of Indigenous Peoples. We are pleased to introduce ourselves as Awori Youth Assembly we'll continue defending our value as an African and promoting our cultures as Yoruba to the world also helping the government to achieve the United Nation 12 Sustainable Developmental Goals . Now that the world is witnessing the unprecedented i

mpact of young people in the 21st century. We're being manipulated and this forced us as a people to reunite ourselves on a solidarity to be more stronger in order to rewrite our destiny as Awori's. I believe it's time we defend our value as man, our culture as an awori and our future as Nigerians. We can't fold our arms while waiting for the change we want, we must make it happens! It's high time we stopped being slaves in our lands. Today was written for us by anonymous but we are going to write the next chapter for our future together so that we can maintain the progress, face the challenges and sustain the rough paths until we would re-berth the canoe of our founding father (Ogunfunminire)which is now a modern ship and showing the world our capacity. As at today It's important for we youths to also make impact for the change somehow, we can use our energy, potential, network, and creativity to help solving the problems facing the Aworiland and our country as whole. We have to note that as long as we are united, and sing a song together a better world is never just a dream its reality. I am inviting everybody (Youth) from Aworiland as long as we all dream positive to join the train of change, the conversation of courage about how we can go fast and go far, together. While we believe that A.Y.A will be a further step forward for the recognition, promotion, and protection of the rights and freedoms of Aworis. As we take a deeper sight to begin our struggle for equality, cultural, economic, social and political participation for enhancement and development of our people and our lands.. We find out that this assembly (A.Y.A) has encouraged many groups from different ethnics to fight for their rights, and more important, they'll have enough courage to go out, as we are. Awori Youth Assembly (A.Y.A)has been founded to be one of the milestone for Youth’s idea to struggle for humanity and equality. It'll also give enlightenment for many people to start appreciating power of youth. Though, we must continue to jump off cliff to spread our wings on the children and teens and to make sure and compulsory education for all our children and every others living in our kingdom. I learnt, youths are the key drivers to solving some of the world’s most pressing strategic challenges. we know that youth today are striving for more. we'll demand for equal democracy participation, right for representative to our people and societal development from the governments, and we are creating innovative tools to help the most vulnerable, we are working to drive positive change for Brighter and Rewarding Future.

Dr Abdul-Azeez Adediran, popularly known as Jandor, is one of the contestants for the upcoming Lagos governorship election. Here we present his political career.

Jandor, as he is referred to by his fan base, started out as a journalist. With over 20 years in the field, Jandor established himself as a media entrepreneur, founding numerous media organisations like Core Media Group and CoreTvNews.

This is not his first time competing for governor. In 2021, he defected from the APC to the PDP to contest in the 2023 gubernatorial elections, tapping popular actress Funke Akindele as his running mate. After losing the election to Governor Sanwo-Olu, he defected back to the APC in 2025 and will be contesting the APC primaries against other top contenders like Dr Kadri Obafemi Hamzat, the current Deputy Governor of Lagos State.

Will he succeed this time around? Time will tell.
