Empowering Community women 0.2 took place on December 27, 2025, as part of the 'December To Remember' initiative by Oju Eko Community Empowerment Initiative. This heartwarming event aimed to uplift the community and bring joy to women through:

- Free medical check-ups
- Clothes shopping spree
- Foodstuffs distribution
- Inspirational talks
- Fun activities

A big one for us to empower women through social development, health, wellbeing, and sustainable livelihood opportunities.

This December, we want to make sure that at least 200 families don’t go to bed hungry and that children who have never owned new clothes can smile with pride. We are raising ₦10 million to feed and clothe them and your support, no matter the amount, could be the reason a child laughs again this season.

World Cleanup Day 2025 in Lagos was a true picture of unity, responsibility and action. Led by Oju Eko Community Empowerment Initiatives, residents, youth groups, traders, civil society and government partners came together to clean markets, motor parks, streets and waterways. Beyond sweeping and sanitation, it was a powerful reminder that environmental stewardship is our shared duty.
