During the week, GIHF supported a community awareness campaign on human trafficking and irregular migration across and , Lagos, engaging traders, youths, and residents on the risks and realities involved.

The initiative was led by International Organization for Migration (IOM Nigeria) in collaboration with NATIONAL AGENCY FOR THE PROHIBITION OF TRAFFICKING IN PERSONS (NAPTIP), National Orientation Agency (NOA), Voice of Migrant Association (VOMA), and National Commission for Refugees Migrants and Internally Displaced Persons (NCFRMI), promoting safe migration and protecting vulnerable .
