Part 2: I used to think visibility was the enemy of purity. I was wrong.

Ambition is fuel, but there is a thin line between using visibility for impact and performing for it.
Most of us never think about legacy because we move like we will be here forever.
If you disappeared tomorrow, would your work continue next month?

Ever wonder why running an NGO feels harder than people think?

Truth is, passion alone cannot sustain an NGO.
The weight can be heavy, but you’re not alone — many founders have been there.

So… how many fingers did you put down? 👀

If you’re ready to stop figuring everything out alone, it might be time to scale with the right guidance.

Introducing Timi Edwin Powerhouse Academy for Nonprofit Leaders (), where my co-facilitators and I (, Dr. .etim) will be working closely with you through the process.

Cohort 2 (June 2026) - Update: First 10 slots SOLD OUT. Due to demand, we’re opening up another 10 spots for NGO
leaders ready to move from hustle to institution.

We’ll build your structure, systems, and documentation — the same way I did.

₦150,000 | 6 weeks | Payment plan available
You don’t need more passion. You need structure that opens doors.

I, Timi 'T- Pro' Edwin met Dr. Akhere Akran at a social gathering. No agenda, no pitch deck. Just a conversation that turned us into friends and then project collaborators.

A few projects later, I can tell you this: she’s not just a distinguished Educational Management scholar or Dr. Ipaye Prize winner from UNILAG.
She’s been a sounding board for my ideas and a peer mentee in the work of building dignified, inclusive ecosystems.

Her track record explains why:
• 10,000+ teachers trained through her Special Educational Needs and Inclusion module for the University of Buckingham
• 1M+ people reached via the Agatha Obiageli Aghedo Memorial Foundation with integrated education, health, and WASH interventions
• 10+ years of free, fully inclusive education at St. Agatha’s Inclusive Schools for underserved children, including those with disabilities

Current roles: Head of Africa Operations at Global Skills Hub UK, Deputy Divisional Coordinator at Nigerian Red Cross Society, Mentor with Ashoka Africa.

Her philosophy is clear: Academic rigour means nothing if it doesn’t transform real communities. She has run a free school for 10 years. It takes a fantastic level of structure to achieve this and she has supported people from her “happy place” in the slums of Ebute Meta, Lagos. She has followed design principles that work.

This June, I’m honored to have Dr. Akran join me as a facilitator for Powerhouse Coaching for NGO Leaders, Cohort 2, alongside Chinenye Onuorah and Philip Etim.

Who this is for: NGO leaders ready to move from survival mode to sustainable scale.

What we’ll cover in 6 weeks:
• Leadership & Management: Build teams that deliver
• Communication & Advocacy: Tell stories that mobilize resources
• Partnerships & Collaboration: Design systems, not silos
• Fundraising & Resource Mobilization: Fund your mission without burning out
• Financial Management & Sustainability: Plan for 10 years, not 10 months

Cohort Details:
Investment: N150,000 (Special Offer from N350,000)
Duration: 6 Weeks, June 2026 | Commitment: 3-4 hours/week
Capacity: Our 10 slots are filled but we are opening up this to another 10 people while still keeping this coaching intimate.

Deadline: June 3, 2026
What started as small talk at an event is now a shared mission: no child left behind, and no leader building alone.

After 7 years in corporate, I resigned. I didn’t have the mental capacity to keep showing up.

That interruption birthed clarity.

Today, CrimsonBow Sickle Cell Initiative sits at global tables with a UN Special Consultative Status.

Getting there wasn’t passion. It was structure. We gathered hundreds of documents. We built systems.

We proved we weren’t just another NGO - we were an institution.

Special Consultative Status means we:
→ Attend UN ECOSOC meetings
→ Submit written statements that shape policy
→ Access global decision-making rooms most NGOs never enter
→ Amongst many other things.

I built that path. Now I’m teaching it with Timi Edwin Powerhouse Academy for Nonprofits Leadership Coach, Cohort 2 (June 2026) is for 10 NGO leaders ready to move from hustle to institution and slots are filling up fast.

We’ll build your structure, systems, and documentation, the same way I did.
