TOOLKET is an education charity registered with Nigeria’s Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) on the 5th of October 2022 to support education, apprenticeship and entrepreneurship among the youths of Ijebuland, of Ogun State, and of Nigeria in general. The Charity - with the support of the Ogun State Honourable Commissioner for Education and his representative - was officially launched on Saturday, 29th April 2023 at the Iwuye & Installation Ceremony of the Founder, Otunba Olaide Lateef Kazeem, as Otunba Adeoto Moyegeso of Ijebu-Itele by His Royal Majesty Oba (Dr) Engr Mufutau Adesanya Kasali, The Moyegeso of Ijebu-Itele who also doubles as our Patron.
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Otunba Olaide Lateef Kazeem - The founder, a chartered accountant and a Deloitte-trained auditor, attended Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife, Nigeria where he graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in accounting followed by a Graduate Diploma in development economics from the School of Oriental & African Studies (SOAS), University of London, and a Master’s degree in Health Economics, Policy & Management from The London School of Economics & Political Science (LSE). He has more than two decades of senior finance, management and leadership experience in private, public and third sectors of the economy spanning both Nigeria and the United Kingdom. He is a fellow of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and the Association of Chartered Certfied Accountants (ACCA).
Mrs Oluranti Kazeem - the spouse of the founder, and a first class accounting graduate of the University of Plymouth. She previously graduated with HND in Business Administration from the Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro and currently work in the care sector in the United Kingdom.
Alhaji Mufutau Abiodun Salaudeen - A community and religious leader in Ijebu Ode and a teacher of over two decades with Ogun State Teaching Service Commission. Alhaji Salaudeen graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in History and Religious Studies from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife and a Master’s in Peace & Conflict Studies from University of Ibadan, Nigeria.
Mr Jobalo Oshikanlu - A legal practitioner of 25
years. He is a commercial lawyer, private equity professional and a specialist in infrastructure finance, infrastructure development and operation. He is currently Executive Director for Legal & Investments at ARM-Harith Infrastructure Investment Limited, and also sits on the board of several infrastructure finance and development companies as non-executive director. Mr Oshikanlu is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and the International Bar Association. He is also a member of the Institute of Directors Nigeria (UK affiliated) and an Alumnus of Cranfield School of Management.
Dr Oladiran Bello- Dr Bello holds a First Class degree in International Relations from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, and MPhil and PhD from Cambridge University. He worked at the Strategic Planning Unit of the UN Secretary General at the Head Quarters in New York, Management Systems International (Washington DC), Merchant International Group (London), Arthur Andersen (later KPMG), and SAIIA’s Cape Town office. At SAIIA, he was office director and Head of the Governance of Africa's Resources Programme (GARP). Ola's expertise straddles governance (with focus on the SDGs, extractives, and corporate sustainability), investment and risk analysis, and global development cooperation. He spent 15 years in the UK and Spain (FRIDE) leading EU-Africa development projects. He is fluent in French, Spanish, and Portuguese (plus possesses good working knowledge of Arabic and German), and comments regularly in the global media. Ola has been engaged as expert in the AU/UNECA Working Group on implementation of the Africa Mining Vision implementation. He has also served as resource person in Nigeria for AU, UNECA and UNDP technical teams on
consultation visits to Nigeria. Hes' currently Executive Director for Good Governance Africa (GGA)
Dr Danjuma El-Umar - Dr El-Umar is an
accountancy graduate of the Federal Polytechnic (Bida) with an MBA in
Finance from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. He also holds a MSc in Corporate Governance and PhD in Economics & Analytics from Leeds Beckett University in the United Kingdom. Danjuma is a fellow of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN). He has over two decades of cross functional
experience in the Nigerian financial industry, with experience spanning auditing, stockbroking, banking, risk management and debt restructuring.
COMPANY SECRETARY
Mr Opeoluwa Festus Osisanwo - Ope obtained his Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from the Olabisi Onabanjo University (OOU) Ago-Iwoye and prior to that, he had bagged National Diploma and Higher National Diploma in Business Studies and Marketing at the Moshood Abiola Polytechnic Abeokuta and the Federal Polytechnic Offa, Kwara State respectively.
Ope was both Special Assistant 1 at Ijebu Ode Local Government (2008-2010) and Secretary Ijebu Ode Local Government Area Security Council (2008-2012) and he has been serving in the capacity of the Secretary of the Awujale Ojude Oba Festival Organising Committee Ijebuland from 2010 to date. He is currently the Head of Marketing and Sales at Optirealm Global Ventures.
