HAPPY NEW MONTH – JUNE 2026

Welcome to the month of June!

As we step into a new month, may it bring fresh opportunities, renewed strength, and greater achievements. Let this month remind us that every new day is another chance to grow, serve, inspire, and make a positive impact in the lives of others.

No matter the challenges of the past months, June offers a fresh beginning. Stay focused on your goals, believe in your abilities, and continue to move forward with courage and determination.

Together, let us continue building a more inclusive, compassionate, and empowered society where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.

From all of us at the Adeniyi Oyebade Foundation (AOF), we wish you a blessed, productive, and impactful month of June.

"Great things happen when purpose meets perseverance."

2 DAYS TO GO!

What happens when a Deaf girl receives the right information, support, and menstrual hygiene products?

✨ She gains confidence.
✨ She stays in school.
✨ She participates fully.
✨ She thrives.

This is the future we are building through the Leave No Deaf Girl Behind initiative.

Join us as we create a world where every Deaf girl can manage her period with confidence and dignity.

3 DAYS TO GO!!

Silence creates stigma. Knowledge creates confidence.

For many Deaf girls, menstrual health information is often inaccessible, leaving them with questions, fear, and misinformation.

In just 3 days, the Adeniyi Oyebade Foundation will take another step toward changing that.

Our Menstrual Hygiene Day Outreach will provide Deaf girls with the knowledge, support, and confidence they need to understand their bodies and manage menstruation with dignity.

Every conversation matters.
Every lesson matters.
Every girl matters.

Let’s break the silence, challenge the myths, and create a future where no Deaf girl feels left behind.

Together, we can build a world where Deaf girls are informed, empowered, and proud.

Leave No Deaf Girl Behind.

Period is not a sickness. It is not a curse. It is not something to be ashamed of. It is a natural part of growing up.

As we count down to the Menstrual Hygiene Day Outreach, let's also talk to boys. Boys have an important role in creating a safe and supportive environment for girls during menstruation.

🔹 Respect your sisters, classmates, and friends.
🔹 Do not tease or mock girls because of their periods.
🔹 Learn the facts about menstruation and help stop harmful myths.
🔹 Support girls when they need understanding, privacy, or assistance.
🔹 Be an ally who promotes dignity, confidence, and inclusion.

When boys understand menstruation, girls feel safer, more confident, and more likely to attend school and participate fully in daily activities.

Together, we can leave no Deaf girl behind.

Together, we are breaking barriers, promoting menstrual health awareness, and empowering Deaf girls and women to thrive.

Adeniyi Oyebade Foundation paid a courtesy visit to the Office of the Oyo State Commissioner for Youth and Sports Hon Wasilat Adegoke to discuss collaboration for upcoming youth, sports, and empowerment programs.

During the meeting, the Foundation requested support for accommodation facilities, access to Lekan Salami Stadium, referees for sporting activities, and a hall for scholarship launch and award programs.

The Commissioner warmly received the team and assured us of her support towards making the programs successful. Discussions were also held with the Sports Event Coordinator on areas of partnership and sustainability of the event.

We appreciate the Oyo State Government, the EA Hon Olufemi to the Governor on Disability Matters, and everyone present for supporting inclusive youth and sports development.

Together, we move forward for a better and inclusive society.
