World Youth Skills Day |Skills for a Shared Future

On World Youth Skills Day,July 15th, our message to every young person is simple:

Don't wait until everything is perfect. Don't wait until you have all the answers. Don't wait until you feel completely ready.

Start.

Build the idea. Create the product. Launch the project. Test the service. Put your prototype into the world and learn from the feedback.

Not everything you try will succeed—and that's okay.

When you're young, you have one of life's greatest advantages: the opportunity to experiment, learn, adapt, and grow. Every attempt teaches you something. Every setback develops resilience. Every experience builds skills that no classroom alone can give you.

The greatest risk is not failing.

The greatest risk is never trying.

Start where you are. Build with what you have. Learn as you go. Don't let fear stop you from discovering what is possible.

Your future is not created by the ideas you keep in your head. It is built by the courage to begin.

Happy World Youth Skills Day!
