RAMADAN DIET TIPS

Ramadan diet tips to help maintain energy levels and stay healthy during fasting.

SAHOOR (pre-dawn meal)
Start your fast with a balanced meal that includes complex carbohydrates, protein, and healthy fats to sustain you throughout the day. Opt for whole grains, lean protein sources (such as eggs, yogurt, or beans), and nuts or seeds.

Hydration: Drink plenty of water between Iftar (breaking the fast) and Suhoor to stay hydrated. Avoid caffeinated and sugary drinks as they can lead to dehydration.

BALANCED IFTAR
Break your fast with dates and water, as is tradition, followed by a balanced meal consisting of fruits, vegetables, lean protein, and whole grains. Avoid heavy, fried, and sugary foods, as they can lead to lethargy and weight gain.

Portion control: Practice moderation when serving yourself during Iftar to prevent overeating. Eating slowly and mindfully can help you recognize when you're full.

Nutrient-dense foods: Choose nutrient-dense foods like fruits, vegetables, nuts, and seeds to ensure you're getting essential vitamins and minerals during Ramadan.

Avoid processed foods: Minimize consumption of processed and packaged foods high in salt, sugar, and unhealthy fats. Instead, focus on whole, unprocessed foods for better health.

Exercise: Engage in light physical activity, such as walking or gentle stretching, during non-fasting hours to maintain muscle mass and energy levels.

Be mindful of sugary treats: While it's tempting to indulge in sweets and desserts during Ramadan, try to limit your intake of sugary treats to occasional indulgences to maintain stable blood sugar levels.

Sahoor and Iftar timings: Plan your Sahoor and Iftar meals around the recommended timings to ensure adequate nourishment and hydration while fasting.

Please don't forget to reach out to healthcare professional If you have any underlying health conditions or concerns about your diet during Ramadan.

May Almighty Allah accept all our supplication and Ibahdat on this holy month and beyond.

WHEN WILL WE TRULY ENJOY LIFE?

In the hustle and bustle of modern life, it's easy to get caught up in the never-ending pursuit of success, often forgetting to pause and savor the sweetness of our achievements. We tirelessly work towards our goals, believing that once we reach a certain milestone or accumulate a certain amount of wealth, we'll finally be able to enjoy life to its fullest. But when does that moment truly arrive ? When do we stop and relish in the beauty of our existence ?

The truth is, the enjoyment of life is not solely dependent on external circumstances such as wealth or status. While financial stability certainly plays a role, true enjoyment stems from within, from our ability to appreciate the present moment and find contentment in the journey itself.

Yes, hard work is essential. It molds us, shapes us, and propels us towards our aspirations. But amidst the toil and sweat, it's crucial to carve out moments of joy, to pause and acknowledge the progress we've made. Whether it's a small victory or a significant milestone, each step forward deserves celebration.

Moreover, the pursuit of wealth should not be an end in itself but rather a means to enable a more fulfilling life. Money affords us opportunities and experiences, but it's how we choose to utilize those resources that truly determines our level of happiness. Instead of endlessly accumulating wealth for the sake of it, let us use our hard-earned money to enrich our lives and the lives of those around us.

Travel to far-off destinations, immerse yourself in different cultures, indulge in your passions, and spend quality time with loved ones. These experiences, not material possessions, are what truly enrich our lives and create lasting memories.

However, enjoyment shouldn't be postponed until some distant future when we've achieved all our goals. It should be cultivated in the present moment, amidst the daily grind. Find joy in simple pleasures – a pap of Oroki Foods in the morning, simple and balance diet food along, a stroll in nature, or a heartfelt conversation with a friend. These moments may seem insignificant, but they form the fabric of our lives, weaving together to create a top-notch of happiness and fulfillment.

In essence, the key to enjoying life lies in finding balance ; balancing hard work with leisure, ambition with contentment, and material success with emotional well-being. It's about recognizing that LIFE IS NOT A DESTINATION BUT A JOURNEY, AND THAT HAPPINESS IS NOT FOUND AT THE END OF THE ROAD BUT SCATTERED ALONG THE WAY.

So, when will we truly enjoy life ? The answer lies in the here and now. Let us embrace the fruits of our labor, cherish the moments of joy, and live each day with gratitude and purpose. For in the end, it's not about how much we have but how fully we have lived.

So, Tọjú ẹ̀miń ẹ,
Tọjú ìwà rẹ,
Mọn gbàgbé Ọlọhun rẹ,
Kò sí rántí àtúnbọ̀tán rẹ́.

Secret Revealed ✅✅✅

The Potent Power of Beetroot in Lowering Blood Pressure.

Deep within the vibrant hues of beetroot lies a remarkable secret that goes beyond its culinary appeal. This humble root vegetable holds a potent weapon against elevated blood pressure levels.

Beetroot is a rich source of nitrates, compounds that, when consumed, convert into nitric oxide in the body. Nitric oxide acts as a vasodilator, relaxing and widening blood vessels. This natural process helps to enhance blood flow, ultimately leading to a reduction in blood pressure.

Nature's Blood Pressure Regulator:
The magic lies in beetroot's ability to promote nitric oxide production, influencing the endothelium (the inner lining of blood vessels) to relax. This relaxation allows blood vessels to expand, easing the flow of blood and reducing the force against artery walls.

Scientific Validation.
Numerous scientific studies have affirmed beetroot's blood pressure-lowering effects. Whether consumed as juice, cooked, or in supplement form, beetroot has demonstrated consistent results in helping individuals manage hypertension.

If you are suffering from High Blood Pressure, include Beetroot into your diet and see wonders of Almighty God.

You can share it for the benefit of others.

A pinch of parsley to lower blood pressure levels.

Hypertension is a problem that should not be underestimated, and must therefore be monitored and controlled. We can lower blood pressure levels with foods that have diuretic effects, such as parsley.

Parsley is a plant of oriental origin that belongs to the Apiaceae family. It makes food easier to digest and prevents decay in the gut. Parsley is also highly valuable for its diuretic properties that allow it to lower blood pressure levels. Parsley consumption is recommended for those who suffer from hypothyroidism as it is rich in vitamins, minerals and chlorophyll. Fatigue and anemia are often related to hypothyroidism, which causes slowing down of metabolic processes. This is often accompanied by tiredness, increase in bodyweight, constipation and low tolerance to the cold.

*Whom is parsley recommended for?

Parsley is recommended to those who suffer from hypertension due to its diuretic effects that help manage blood pressure and cure disorder caused by the thyroid gland.

The fact that it acts as a histamine antagonist means that parsley can also be of great help to those who suffer from hay fever .
The use of this plant is also recommended to those who suffer from hypothyroidism because it is rich in vitamins, chlorophyll and minerals, including iodine. These are all elements that help combat anemia and fatigue.

Using parsley to lower blood pressure
It is useful to get in the habit of adding fresh parsley to pasta, rice, fish and sides.

Parsley makes fatty fish or meat easier to digest and prevents intestinal putrefaction.

Please Note:
You should note that it needs to be consumed RAW as cooking destroys its therapeutic effects.

Together we can work towards a food system that not only feed us but also celebrates life.

Our food and agricultural systems stretch planetary boundaries beyond their limits. By valuing quantity over quality and driving farmers to produce monocrops for low prices, we use the natural resources needed for sustained production and degrade the land, leading to climate change and extreme weather events.

As the coronavirus crisis unfolded, we started to understand how fragile our food systems are. We saw news stories of food destroyed and crops rotting in the fields, while consumers faced empty shelves. Our complicated global supply chains couldn’t adapt fast enough to our changing realities.

To mend our damaged relationship with food, there are critical questions we need to answer: 1 How do we produce sufficient food that’s healthy for both the people who produce it and the people who eat it?
2 How do we ensure our food systems are fair, resilient and equitable?
3 How can we feed our growing global population and protect our planet for generations to come?

WHY DO WE NEED TO CHANGE OUR FOOD SYSTEM?Everyday we have to eat, are we still going in the same way with our level of f...

WHY DO WE NEED TO CHANGE OUR FOOD SYSTEM?
Everyday we have to eat, are we still going in the same way with our level of food Production and consumption?
1 out every 3 people suffer from malnutrition,794 million people globally suffer from hunger and 2 billion people do not have sufficient access to vitamins and minerals necessary for growth and development.
And in the other hands,1.9 billion people overeat and 600 million people are obese.
Consequently, more people suffer from illness such as Type 2 Diabetes and others.

Second limitation, our food is less diverse,75% of our food not comes from 12 real plants including rice, corn ,wheat and 5 animals species includes chicken and cow.

Another limitation is 1/3 of our food is being wasted.
With all food we produced 1/3 is not consumed but thrown away.

Moreover, our natural resources are under pressure.
Sources of fresh water are running dry and existing water resources are becoming polluted.
33% of soil are degraded and biodiversity is threatened, tropical forest are disappearing and many plants and animals are injured, such as bees been intensified by climate change.

Such limitation clearly shows our food system needs to be transform.
Each port of food system in production, processing, distribution and consumption needs to be readjusted to ensure healthier foods to outgrowing population and to reduce Greenhouse gas emission.

It's necessary to breakdown the silent thinking and examine all point of view and work together on the action necessary to produce food and eat food differently.

You can participate in change and ask yourself about the food you produce, or did you eat a balanced diet and have you reduce a food waste?
