(D) ADVOCACY
To achieve this laudable goals enumerated earlier (please refer),it is imperative that the integrating point must constitute of individuals and groups who will operate under the same umbrella viz:
* Willingness to work as a unit with deliberate commitment to policies of inclusiveness in order to harness the best of human resources available without any form of sentiment
* Join forces with all denomination, people of like mines to run with the mandate: we must collaborate with all faith organizations who have sense of justice fairness to create the Nigeria of our dream.
* Having a resolute mindset and being systemic about building institutions and fostering national development devoid of any form of selfish aggrandizement.
* Willingness to train and be trained in order to be abreast with the challenges and changes imminent in today's dynamic world.

(E) WILLINGNESS TO PARTICIPATE AS VOLUNTEERS
* GOD fearing, trust worthy with dislike for dishonest gains
* Woo other party faithful by offering a sense of belonging that is second to none and making the frame work as close to their everyday life and experience as possible. So much that, they are inspired to work in concert with us , to maintain their best aspirations instead.
* Partners must be willing to contribute their time, talent, thought and treasure to advance this course.Our houses, vehicles, offices will be deployed to get the mission accomplished.
* Religious based networks will play a more powerful rule than the secular organizations in exerting influence and shaping outcomes.
* We must not allow corrupt forces to infitrate our ranks .to be continued

(C) Aims & Objectives
-To advocate for a new Nigeria that is built on the principles of democracy, rule of law, social justice and liberty for all regardless of religion, ethnicity , gender and social status , etc
-To embark on programs designed to transform Nigeria into corrupt free society where merit will be the yardstick for considerations in the distribution of the Common wealth
-To mobilize and mentor the younger generation into leadership positions in all strata of of the society.
-To build a nation that is rooted in the fear of GOD and the well-being of her citizens
-To provide a voice for the voice-less by advocating for a better and brighter Nigeria where the ordinary citizens will freely and effectively exercise their franchise.

BRIEF BACKGROUND HISTORY OF IBBN.
(A) WHAT IS IBBN?
The acronym IBBN stands for INITIATIVE FOR BETTER AND BRIGHTER NIGERIA.It is a simple but strategic plan on how we the People can move our dear Nigeria forward under the auspices of the IBBN .
Conceived and birthed from the womb of a Visioneer; AMB (DR) PROPHET ISA ELBUBA, in 2018 as a child of necessity born for the singular purpose for the REDEMPTION of Nigeria's glorious past (he is so passionate, and have dedicated and sacrificed chunk of his-life saving resources into this cause).
IBBN is highly detribalized ,not minding the conglomeration of social attainments status, ethnicity/ tribes, religion, etc of the people..It is not a Church, Islamic agenda or people of other faith/ beliefs, but it is about those who are so passionate about a NEW NIGERIA of our dream; to correct the wrongs and ills in our societies cm our Nation in her generality; this is our wholesome desire and wishes that it will definitely serve as a spring-board for balancing a positive atmosphere between ' good leadership and effective leadership' in our Nation.
IBBN is here to recover the 'lost vision and values ' of heroes past , that their labours will not be in vain,it advocates for the true equity and justice for all, respect for humanity, guinue fear of GOD in our daily dealings in our Nation; for Nigeria that is peaceful, accommodating and friendly.We also educate and re-oriented the people to be obedient to the constituted authority/s.
Above all we are PURPOSE DRIVEN Organization!

(B) WHAT WE DO
- IBBN engages in Mobilizing,Training , Mentoring, Coaching, Monitoring Nigerians through Conferences , Workshops,Seminars, Public Lectures, Publications, Social Media,etc for the sole purpose of Recovering, Restoring and Restructuring Nigeria for the good of all
- IBBN organizes daily prayers for the Spiritual deliverance of the Nation, prayer rallies and campaigns oblivious of the prayer out-let, in so far as it brings out our much desired results.
-WE monitor and guide electoral processes by mobilizing the registration of eligible voters on its political platform.
-WE , as much as possible, endeavor to make sure all eligible Nigerians have their PVC's
-WE observe election at all LEVELS
-WE monitor Electoral materials distribution, it's timely release strictly.
-WE witness final collation and broad cast of electoral results .
-WE also observe electoral agencies such as INEC , Security Agencies, Political Parties,etc
-WE actively engage in selecting and 'sponsoring' credible candidates that will stand for election, examine and carefully be mindful of their competency, character traits, mental capacity, irrespective of religion and affiliation ..to be continued
