THE AIMS AND OBJECTIVES OF THE MOVEMENT CALLED COALITION OF COMMON INTEREST IN GOVERNANCE(CCIG) IS AS FOLLOWS;

(1) To rally the masses from all work of life especially the downtrodden of how great they can be if only they unite. (2)To sensitize the masses from all work of life especially the downtrodden to participate and contribute actively in changing the method of Governance and upholding the

virtue of good Leadership. (3)To promote and protect the interest of the masses from all work of life especially the downtrodden from oppression, marginalization, exploitation and intimidation from unscrupulous individuals and elite groups. (4)To progressively seek all available means and potentials in eradicating inferiority complex among the masses from all work of life especially the downtrodden. (5)To build a network of individuals from all work of life especially the downtrodden to participate actively in decision making and Governance.

Abuja, June 22, 2025 – Hon. Engr. Tony Bala Shammah, a renowned philanthropist, was honored with the Nelson Mandela Leadership Prize for Excellence by the Stay African Development Initiative (SADI) on June 22, 2025, in Abuja.

For the official welcome of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to Nasarawa State on Wednesday, June 25th, Engr. Tony Bala Shammah's TBS movement deployed over 100 banners across three local governments (Nassarawa Eggon, Akwanga, and Wamba). This is reportedly a record-breaking number of welcome banners in the zone. The banners, flyers, and posters were strategically planned to be placed along major routes from Karu to Keffi, Akwanga, Nassarawa Eggon, and Lafia. Prior to the placement, team members surveyed locations throughout the local governments.
