Two days ago i came across a post by one Real Gembu Fact where he clearly and unambiguously stereotype some of our sisters in the society as cheap run girls which is very unfortunate. Even before this development I have come across this type of post in the few weeks ago but I decided to keep quiet 🤐. In the last two days I received several calls from many angles with respect to this matter.
First of all I strongly disagree with the labeling and objectification of women as 'cheap runs girls, because such language dehumanizes and degrades individuals, perpetuating harmful stereotypes and contributing to a culture of exploitation and discrimination against womanhood.
Every person deserves respect, dignity, and autonomy over their own bodies and choices.
Therefore I will advise that we should work together as a society to create a society that values and empowers all women, rather than perpetuating harmful and patriarchal attitudes.
Further more I will also want to give advice to our young ladies as well.
Dear young ladies, remember that respect is indeed reciprocal, and it starts with self-respect.
You deserve to be treated with dignity and kindness, and it's essential to prioritize your own self-worth.
Avoid compromising your integrity and self-respect for temporary validation or attention in other to avoids shaming or judging language on your personality.
Finally, I want to apologize to all that have been directly and indirectly affected, the future is brighter than the present.
