DOVEF is a girl child organization that is involve in building and improving the status of the girl child through leadership/vocational trainings, mentoring, exposures to environment that bring out the best in them, innovative skill acquisition programs that equips young girls on viable skills for survival and employment, involvement of young girls to national development through assigned pet projects and active campaign on the right of a girl child.
