We kicked off the new year with purpose and renewed energy at the JOF, WILPF, and JOCC Nigeria Staff Retreat!

Day 1 began with an opening prayer, grounding us in gratitude, unity, and commitment as we stepped into a new chapter together.

This was followed by an engaging session on Effective Leadership, where staff reflected on inclusive leadership, teamwork, and the importance of leading with empathy and accountability in advancing our feminist peace agenda.

We also explored Programme Implementation and Design, sharing insights on developing impactful, gender-responsive programmes that align with our mission and deliver meaningful change.

The day wrapped up with Workplan Development as we collaborated to set clear priorities, timelines, and strategies for a productive and impactful year ahead.

Day 1 set a strong foundation for the retreat and the year ahead focused, inspired, and ready to make a difference!
