On this International Women’s Day 2026, Nkata Ndi Inyom Igbo reminds the world of a simple but powerful truth: societies rise or fall on the strength of their values — and women remain the most enduring custodians of those values.
Across homes, communities, and institutions, women give leadership, stability, compassion, and wisdom. When societies recognise this and create space for women to lead and contribute fully, everyone gains.
This is the essence of this year’s theme: Give to Gain.
As Igbo women committed to dialogue, inclusive leadership, and societal transformation, we reaffirm our resolve to continue shaping conversations that restore values, strengthen communities, and build a more just and prosperous future.
