"One child, one teacher, one book, one pen can change the world." – Malala Yousafzai
Onyeokike (The Creator) Leadership and Entrepreneurship Initiative is a non-profit organisation passionate about raising quality leaders who will bring about positive change in society, as well as advancing youth apostolate missions.
We wish to use this medium to sincerely appreciate the principal, Mr Seth Coffin, staff and students of Bishop Luers High School, Fort Wayne Indiana, who donated computers through our organisation to schools in Nigeria.
The beneficiaries of this generosity so far include St. Dominic Savio Seminary, Akpu, (Ekwulobia diocese) and Bubendorff Memorial Grammar School, Adazi-Nnukwu (Awka diocese)
On the 14th of January 2026, Onyeokike - The Creator Leadership and Enterpreneurship Initiative, represented by Rev. Fr. Theodore Ekwem (Theo Ekwem) , Rev. Fr. Felix Mmuoh, and Mr Nathanael Ehiedu, visited both schools to make the official presentation.
The managers of the schools, Rev. Fr. Anthony Akabogu and Rev. Fr. Augustine Oguine, expressed their gratitude to the donors for their gifts. They also thanked the Onyeokike team for facilitating the project, handling transportation, and purchasing necessary accessories, as well as for the cash donations made to the schools and students.
Both schools expressed a sense of relief, as the gifts arrived at a time when they are required to provide more computers to qualify for external examination registration and to promote continuous ICT skill development for students.
The managers assured the team and the donors of their continuous prayers and support. They promised to put the computers to good use and expressed hope for further support from other individuals and organisations of goodwill. Such contributions help reduce the financial burden on parents and the schools, enabling teachers to better prepare students for their examinations and for life in an increasingly digital world.
May God Almighty bless the donors, Bishop Luers High School, the bishop, Most Rev Kevin Rhoades of the diocese of Fort Wayne -South bend, Indiana for his goodness, and all those who have supported or will support this initiative. We remain open to partnerships and collaborations towards building a better society through human development, especially for the youth, who are the leaders of tomorrow.
