HAPPY WORKERS DAY TO THE BEST TEAM
Today we pause to say thank you — for the late nights, the early mornings, the problems you solve when no one’s watching, and the excellence you bring to work every day.

This organization doesn’t run on grants or reports. It runs on you; your skill, your integrity, your commitment. Because of your hands, communities are served. Because of your minds, hope is restored. Because of your hearts, our workplace feels like family.

As management thinker Peter Drucker once said: “The productivity of work is not the responsibility of the worker but of the manager. The worker is responsible for the contribution.” And your contributions have been immense.

Rest today. You’ve earned it. We value you, and we’re proud to build with you.

Happy Workers’ Day!

International Women’s Day 2026

Today, the Protection Department of Women for Peace and Social Development Initiative, in collaboration with us, celebrates the strength, courage, and achievements of women and girls around the world.

This year’s theme is "Rights. Justice." Action. For ALL Women and Girls" reminds us that empowering women is not just a goal; it is a responsibility we all share.

Let us continue to stand for equality, amplify women’s voices, and create spaces where every woman and girl can thrive.

When women rise, communities rise.

“Our Schools, Our Responsibility."

The Education Department of Hope Interactive, in collaboration with the Women for Peace and Social Development initiative, emphasizes that education is not the duty of teachers and government alone; it is a shared responsibility among parents, community leaders, organizations, religious institutions, youth groups, and policymakers.

We call for:
1. Active community involvement in school development.
2. Protection of school environments.
3. Support for teachers and learners.
4. Accountability in education systems
5. Investment in safe, inclusive, and quality learning spaces.

When communities take ownership of their schools, students feel supported, teachers feel valued, and educational outcomes improve.
Strong schools create informed citizens, reduce social challenges, and promote peace and development, something especially powerful in communities working toward stability and growth.

The Education and Protection Department of Hope Interactive commemorates the International Day of Women and Girls in Science. 👩‍🔬

We believe science shapes our world, women and girls are a vital part of that story.

Today, we celebrate the brilliance, creativity, and contributions of women and girls in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM).
From classrooms to laboratories, their ideas drive innovation, solve problems, and build a better future for everyone.

Yet, many girls still face barriers to pursuing science.
This day reminds us of the importance of equal opportunities, encouragement, and support.

🌍 Let’s inspire curiosity.
📚 Let’s promote access to education.
🚀 Let’s empower the next generation of scientists.
Because when girls thrive in science, the world benefits.

Hope Interactive, in collaboration with Women for Peace and Social Development Initiative, supported the Women Peace Groups in Potiskum with cash assistance.
The group was formed during the Ra’ayin Mata project(Conciliation Resources) and has since made significant impact in their community through peacebuilding and empowerment activities.
To ensure sustainability, both organizations have continued to support the groups through cash assistance, capacity-building trainings, and referrals.

Today’s cash support is aimed at further empowering the women, enabling them to start small businesses or strengthen their savings and loans initiative for long-term financial stability.

The beneficiaries expressed great excitement and appreciation for the support, and they committed to providing regular updates on their progress in the coming months.

The Education Department of Hope Interactive, in collaboration with Women for Peace and Social Development Initiative, commemorated the International Day of Education to celebrate teachers and encourage students to take their education seriously.

The event served as a platform to recognize the invaluable role of educators and inspire students to remain committed to their academic and personal development.

The sessions were highly interactive, as both staff and students actively participated in group discussions on practical ways they can promote education in their communities. Ideas shared focused on peer mentoring, encouraging school attendance, supporting out-of-school children, and creating awareness on the value of education.

To further appreciate and motivate the teachers and students, both organizations supported them with several gifts, including bags, writing materials, and other educational items. This gesture was a token of appreciation for their dedication and a commitment to continually support quality education.
