Today marked a remarkable and memorable moment for Akwa Esop Nditó Atabong as we had the rare privilege of celebrating and honouring one of our most illustrious sons and distinguished Patron, Chief Charles Okon.
In recognition of his exceptional humility, unwavering commitment and continuous support towards the growth and vision of our community.
He was presented with an Award of Excellence and a Certificate of Honour.

This honour is a true reflection of a man whose impact speaks louder than words and whose generosity continues to uplift many.
The atmosphere was filled with joy, unity and celebration coupled with abundance of food, drinks and more shared among members and guests symbolizing the love and togetherness that define our great community.
The event was graced by the esteemed leadership of Akwa Esop Nditó Atabong, the President in the person of Mr. Etim Esuk, HRH. Etinyin Effanaga and our revered Patrons - Chief Princess Vivian Edet and His Highness Otuekong Asuquo Nyong, alongside members of the executive council and the larger members came out in full support of this special occasion.

In a deep inspiring and humbling moment, Chief Charles Okon despite all his immense contributions and the honour bestowed upon him expressed heartfelt gratitude and went a step further to make a generous cash donation towards the welfare of members and community at large.
This extraordinary gesture once again reflects his selfless spirit and unwavering dedication to the well-being of the community.
