Happy Mother’s Day to all the amazing mothers around the world 🤍🌸

Today, we celebrate the strength, resilience, sacrifices, prayers, and unconditional love that motherhood carries every single day.

At Ebony & Ivory Empowerment Foundation, we recognize that every mother’s journey is different, yet each one deserves love, dignity, support, and appreciation. No matter the circumstances, mothers continue to show up with courage, grace, and endless love for their children.

To every mother doing her best, loving deeply, sacrificing quietly, and carrying so much with strength — we celebrate you today and always. 💜

You are appreciated.
You are valued.
You are stronger than you know.

Today we’re taking a moment to reflect on the journey so far at Ebony & Ivory Empowerment Foundation.

From supporting newborn babies and young mothers, to keeping girls in school, to creating safe spaces for women and girls to learn, grow, and be heard — every outreach has been rooted in one thing: impact.

Each moment, each conversation, each life touched reminds us why this work matters.

🌍 World Health Day 2026: Together for Health 💜

Today, Ebony & Ivory Empowerment Foundation marked World Health Day 2026 with a meaningful outreach at a health clinic in Calabar, Cross River State, bringing education, practical learning, and support to pregnant women. 🤱🏾✨

Guided by this year’s theme, our focus was simple
👉 Replace myths with truth
👉 Empower women with knowledge
👉 Promote healthy, science-based practices

👩🏽‍⚕️ We tackled pregnancy myths
Helping women understand what is false, what is correct, and what to do instead, because informed mothers make safer decisions. 💜

🌾 We taught practical nutrition
Including how to prepare Tom Brown, a simple and nutritious meal that supports mothers and growing babies.

💫 We turned knowledge into action
Giving support to help them begin applying what they learned immediately.

🌸 Why this matters
When we stand with science, we
✔️ Save lives
✔️ Strengthen families
✔️ Build healthier communities

We are proud to align with World Health Organization (WHO) in promoting health, dignity, and evidence-based care for all. 🌍

Today was more than an outreach, it was impact.

At Ebony & Ivory Empowerment Foundation, we stand for
Hope. Healing. Empowerment. 💜

Together, we are touching lives, changing lives, one mother at a time. 💫

Continuing Our Promise 💜

This March, Ebony & Ivory Empowerment Foundation continues to fulfil the promise we made to support the twins and their family during their first year.

Every 12th of the month, we show up with care, consistency, and love — providing support to help ease the journey of raising twins. 🍼👶🏽👶🏽

Because sometimes, small support can make a meaningful difference.

Happy International Women’s Day 💜

Today at Ebony & Ivory Empowerment Foundation, we chose to celebrate women in a simple but meaningful way — by giving.

We shared clothes, shoes, and bags with women in our community. It may seem small, but sometimes a simple gesture can bring dignity, encouragement, and a reminder that someone cares.

International Women’s Day is not only about celebration; it is also about showing up for one another, supporting one another, and lifting each other up in whatever way we can.

To every woman out there — your strength, resilience, and courage matter. You are seen, you are valued, and you are not alone.

Together, we will continue empowering women and building stronger communities.

💜 Happy International Women’s Day.

As Valentine’s Day comes to an end 💜🌸

We’re still reflecting on the beautiful Galentine’s celebration we held for our girls yesterday at Ebony and Ivory International Schools.

It was about sisterhood.
It was about safe conversations.
It was about helping young girls understand their feelings, set healthy boundaries, and grow with confidence.

Our girls gathered, spoke honestly, laughed freely, asked real questions, and leaned into the power of self-awareness and growth.

We were honoured to hear from:

✨ Dr. Chinyere Offem — who spoke on emotional awareness and understanding feelings.

✨ Dr. Rosa Ekeng Nwagboso— who encouraged the girls to set intentional goals for their future.

✨ Dr. Nkoyo Ani Nkang — who shared practical wisdom on healthy boundaries and relationships.

Their words were honest, empowering, and deeply necessary.

Moments like yesterday remind us why safe spaces for girls matter. When young women are heard early, they grow differently.

Thank you to our speakers, our team, and every girl who showed up with courage and openness.

This is how we build confident women — one conversation at a time 💕

Happy Valentine’s Day from all of us at Ebony & Ivory Empowerment Foundation.

Happy Galentine’s Day 💜🌸

Galentine’s Day is about celebrating friendship, sisterhood, and the strength of women supporting women.

Today, we are gathering our girls to grow with grace — having honest conversations about feelings, goals, boundaries, and building healthy relationships.

Creating safe spaces for girls to speak, reflect, and feel seen is part of how we raise confident young women.

And because love should be shared…

🌸 — Continuing Our Promise into 2026 💜

As we step into 2026, we continue to fulfil the promise we made to the twins and their family — to show up every 12th of the month with care, consistency, and love. 🍼👶🏽👶🏽

For our first visit of the year, we ensured their January essentials were ready. Though we didn’t meet the twins and their mum in person this time, their father received the diapers and infant formula on their behalf — because support doesn’t pause when circumstances change. 💜

At Ebony & Ivory Empowerment Foundation, this is what commitment looks like: showing up, month after month, in ways that matter. 🌸

We remain devoted to walking alongside this family until the twins’ first birthday, which will also mark our foundation’s one-year anniversary. 🎉

One promise. One family. One step at a time. 💫
