What Is Health?
 We enjoy good health when cells and organs of the body function properly and harmoniously with sufficient supply of Life Force. In vibratory sense, good health results with balance between positive and negative polarity of Vital Life Force that hold harmoniously the human body system of bones, tissues, muscles and organs composed of many cells that characterize organic and universal life with independent vital consciousness for health. The living cell functions properly for good health when permanent electromagnetic field vibrates in perfect harmony with the Cosmic in union between the positive and negative polarity of Vital Life Force. When imbalance occurs, diseases are caused.
Rosicrucian healing methods
 Rosicrucian healing methods use, with unique features, the Law of Equilibrium when we attune and harmonize for good health that flows from Infinite Divine Source in Cosmic harmony with natural laws through body’s cells and organs. Obstacles to this natural flow of life results in disease as imbalance manifests in spiritual, mental, emotional and physical planes. Rosicrucian methods consider the Law of Rhythm and cycles, where all body activities are governed by cycles and rhythms to affect rhythmic inhalation and exhalation of breathing, digestion from rhythmic movement of food in digestion, and linking auric vibratory frequency to rhythmic activity of our vital functions. Human body’s atomic structure is subject to physical and metaphysical laws, with human cells having psychic consciousness and psychic body, also known as astral body or etheric body, as vehicle for Vital Life Force. Good health to affected organs is maintained when high body vibratory frequency causes electromagnetic barrier against common viruses and bacteria. Psychic centers act as transformers to absorb and transfer cosmic essence throughout the body via the autonomic nervous system. Diseases follow with impairment of these vital functions.
 Digestion: Digestion breaks down food into elements that the body needs, in addition to oxygen, water and energy rich foods (like carbohydrates) and some forty elements that are essential for human life. Autonomic nervous system controls digestion and secretion of digestive enzymes.

Autonomic nervous system supplies smooth body muscles to restore balance and health to organs and cells of our bodies.
The Objective Will.
 Cerebral spinal system, as part of our nervous system, controls the skeletal muscles and our voluntary actions. With bad habits, we use our objective will via the cerebral spinal nervous system to do what does not support health, such as with excessive drinking of alcohol that opposes the constructive activity of the subconscious through the autonomic nervous system. DISCIPLES AND NEOPHYTES, RISE UP WITH DISCIPLINE TO SOUL’S INNATE POWER FOR PRODUCTIVE SERVICE ON ROSICRUCIAN PATH
 The neophyte, and all who seek advancement on Rosicrucian Mystic Path, wholeheartedly accepts and pledges, with discipline, right motive and intention, to serve self and others for action towards development of self and others through the law of service. This true Path resolves itself towards spiritual progress and good consideration for soul development, through narrow and flaming way of service with less emphasis on limiting material plane and psychic development. The neophyte learns to serve by being guided and directed through long probation to perfect service from the inner Master who hints: “...Nay, but what better cause for reward, what better discipline, than the daily and hourly performance of duty”. Service is not necessarily of spiritual character but with general productivity.
 We emphasis the importance of service to others, and to avoid concentrating on acquiring personal power exclusively through methods of self-development or self-importance. At time of entry for advancement, we look forward beyond our occupation to notice that spiritual quests are also similar with many other walks of life, except the needed determination and consistency to continue despite the hard knocks on the way. Yet, our noble-minded ancestors on the Path were not possessed with this narrow-minded spirit with reduced ambition and desire that necessitated delays on our Master in attending to us. Any such delay could last through incarnations to enable us to sufficiently awaken our senses and to shake off our hypnotic sleep of unreality and false values. Our affection for the Master should grow more when we realize the infinite patience and grounded awakening process that we receive by being on the Path with resultant supernal wisdom and perfect compassion. However, when we lust for power over our fellow human beings, hoping to win the reputation of having notable and exclusive characteristics from our studies, our real soul development and achievement slide down with this attitude. We become lost into the forbidden swampy ground of illusion and we are tempted to impose narcissistic behaviour on other people on physical and mental planes. As long as our personal voice speaks, we are on mental plane, and our service delivery quality becomes ineffectual and activated largely through self-interest. But when we move through spiritual plane, our vibration and frequency rise as we cultivate greater, purified forces to silence our objective voice of personal superiority.
 Service on the Path means genuine service to want and desire to serve with strong note of humility for conception of our work to become esteemed price worth having. The Path of spiritual revelation is an individual one, with every step being cut by our own hands and trodden by our own feet, in an unalterable condition that our teachers, in sphere of the Masters, stated that it is best to give than to receive. We must recognise that service equals development to gain good measure of true self-knowledge as prerequisites for initiations within the Path. While service may not necessarily be mystical in character all the time, when we recognise the fullness of our innate gifts, we determine our mission in life with striking results of service towards the peculiar power of acquired discipline in initiating us into spheres of the soul. It goes with unfolding faculties, previously unperceived, now awakening our soul in many directions of expertise, and into many walks of life. We are reminded that disciples of the Master are found to be engaged in political, social and economic fields, as well as in spiritual and religious realms. Our study of the history of Rosicrucian fraternity is replete with many more powerful examples, where influence is traced through literature, art and science, church and state, and in mystical illumination and achievements.
 As neophytes, we enter upon our training ground with open mind on line of service that our studies place us as being fittest for us. As our training goes forward, we do best where we are brought into prominence and maturity to apply our abilities along such lines that are satisfactory to self and value to the world. Because many of us entered upon these studies with hopeful ambition for personal conquest, we must remember that we pass through domains of exact science that present to us the technique of unchangeable laws of thought and principles of action. Such laws fortify us in act of service on the Path to release the power of the soul where unfoldment is not dependent only upon our absorbing the material in the studies specifically geared towards our feats to accomplish.
 As neophyte, the forces that we seek to know and manipulate are resident within us; they exist around us and we need appropriate key to tap into these infinite forces for active use. If we are aware of our deeper nature, the steady and continuous effort to serve, with least opportunity, in any capacity, teaches us far more than any detailed study of spiritual life. We have no idea what we are capable of until we rise confidently in event of human need to response to our soul’s innate power to meet the emergency. There is no room for lukewarm and uninspiring neophytes on the Path; we rise up for useful and productive service and for our examples to be emulated. So Mote It Be.

KNOWING AND UNDERSTANDING THE INNER CONCEPT OF HIGHEST GOOD IN GOD OF MY HEART, OUR DIVINE SOURCE AND OUR SOLE GOD
 Rosicrucian Order, AMORC, is world’s very practical organization of real workers of Truth with fundamental Rosicrucian principles that enable us to benefit practical and important aspects of our life and living. As aspiring mystics of Rosy Cross, we have tools within the Rosicrucian Order to become happy and successful in our earthly lives. We lead an awakening of spiritual concepts of life through studies and practices to understand God in spiritual Truth for newer and better life. Though we are busily engaged people with material problems of life but with time for spiritual thought and meditation, we keenly realize our need for better and more intimate acquaintance with spiritual things of life. We, especially, need right inner concept of Highest Good, as “God of my Heart”, which we refer as “Supreme Mind”, and through which we are more attuned towards improved changing aspects of our life.
 The Rosicrucian teachings keep pace with evolutionary progress of man’s concept, and in years of human evolution and struggle toward higher ideals, mankind moved closer to understand better our inner God for perfection of human race. The nearer we approach the right concept of God, the more evolved and inclusive our consciousness becomes, because concepts and ideals that satisfied us in the past in understanding of God are clearly unsatisfactory in today’s world. We radically bring positive change to concept of our Divine Inner part with better understanding of our fundamental principles of divinity when we understand the Self better to have improved change in concept of our inner God. We then go through our daily material affairs with improved understanding and working of divine laws in connection with our deeper Self. Also, the laws of Love, Mercy and Justice are bestowed to us for our human affairs through modified understanding and concept of what God’s laws and principles are.
 Continued evolution of human love taught us that personal inner God reflects our understanding of our loving “Father”, our Supreme God. Rosicrucian teachings kept pace with evolving concepts that mystics of the past contemplated to lift them out of their material affairs of life towards higher planes of consciousnesses. The mystics reveal God as Loving, Merciful, Just Ruler to be loved and not feared, and to move away from norm and concept of “fear of God” in typical attitudes of fearful adoration with terror and awe.
 This erroneous biblical quotation intimated jealousy and revenge as exclusive power that man gave to God, from ideas commonly promulgated by religious leaders that based their arguments upon isolated and mistranslated Bible passages. Such false premise was responsible for implanting doubt in persons’ minds regarding the Deity’s Love, Supreme Wisdom and Mercy of God. We are now to remove doubt that our God is Merciful and Loving Father.
New Approach to Living
 Concepts of God held by Rosicrucian members are wholly different from the above false premise and are consistence with what Jesus taught. The greatest disciples and mystics revealed that Rosicrucians enter into new life through better understanding of God and God’s Laws with peace and contentment to the weary self, the tired, tried and tested physical body, and the perplexed mind. It brings hope and renewed life and energy, and firm conviction that justice prevails and that truth is demonstrated. It brings God closer to us, in every human sense for God’s laws, with warmer immutable but rational, reasonable and thoroughly understandable Light of God. Our inconsistencies and injustices of low mental, emotional and moral integrity are removed so as to remove all that man erroneously ascribed about God. With deeper, more mature concept of God, our greatest change is sure to come into our life, as fundamental to our thinking and doing. In every phase of our existence, we evolve continually throughout our many lives in material realm and we also realize that we evolve as everything else about us evolves.
 The Rosicrucian teachings, therefore, are of extreme importance from purely spiritual point of view inasmuch as this one great change of concept with regard to our Deity brings about our regeneration and rebirth. Every man, woman and child is spiritually renewed to understand and adopt an ever deeper and more all-inclusive concept of inner God of our sole God.

*How Do you Use Your Sanctum Mirror*
Just as you have a mirror to check yourself, your physical being to see how good you look so should you check your spiritual and psychic body with your sanctum mirror.

The one person you cannot deceive is yourself. By lighting your candles in your sanctum during meditation, in that dim light, look into your eyes, the window to your soul, you are confronted with stark reality of self and the universal soul, God Spirit in you.

Self unto soul shall speak and soul unto self reveal.

As you gaze at yourself in that dim light stripped of all exuberance and physicality examine yourself, your fears, your aspirations, ask yourself questions and wait for the answers.

This self - soul (or spirit) communication is very powerful and your sanctum mirror is a portal to your soul's self examination.

Mirrors are known to be portals so you can use your sanctum mirror as a portal to visit places and dimensions, you can use it to create your future as vividly as you can.

Visualization can be done not only with your mind's eye when your physical eyes are closed during meditative visualization, but you can project or visualize what you want reflected in your sanctum mirror. It is very powerful.

*Caveat* Now remember that in your early monographs for the preparation of your sanctum you had consecrated your mirror in a specific way. Make sure your mirror is consecrated just that once. You may also want to cover your sanctum mirror with a white cloth when not in use and if you are not the only one using that room so others don't use it as a normal mirror.

In the quiet moments when life feels heavy - when the desk is full, the mind is racing, and the weight of the day presses in - awareness becomes a quiet power. It does not instantly remove the challenge, rewrite the situation, or erase the difficulty. What it does is far more profound: it shifts the inner posture with which we face whatever stands before us.

When we cultivate conscious awareness, we stop reacting from habit, fear, or unconscious patterning. We begin responding from clarity, presence, and a deeper understanding of the self. The same circumstance that once overwhelmed us can become a teacher. The same pressure that once closed us can open a pathway to growth.

Pause today. Notice what is present. Meet it with awareness. That single shift is already a step toward greater harmony and self-mastery. 🌹

RESPONSIBILITY, FORGIVENESS, REPARATION AND RECONCILIATION FOLLOW NATURALLY WITH FREE-WILL AND LAW OF KARMA
 Concept of responsibility, forgiveness and reparation follow naturally with free-will and law of Karma, but forgiveness is not the same as reconciliation; we may forgive the people who hurt us and still refuse them entry into our life. Just as we forgive our children of their wrongs, we imagine that our affectionate Father-Source and God, erases our wrongs. With eternal and unchanging cosmic laws that manifest God in action, it is unthinkable to demand that God renounces Self and Cosmic Laws; instead, we face the consequences of our mistakes and actions. We do not wishfully plead for, or demand forgiveness and apology for hurts that we, ourselves, inflicted on others without reparation. We take responsibility for our own actions with right attitude; we ask for forgiveness and do reparation for our wrongs towards true reconciliation. Forgiveness and apology do not mix because apology follows restitution towards forgiveness. Concept of forgiveness, or non-forgiveness, affects our confidence in Divine laws; forgiveness does not need deceit or conceit, or public applause. Rather it needs reparation, mend-fencing, right attitude and invoked laws of karma.
 For example, the incidence of multiple killings of nearly eighty people in Norway’s summer 2011 retreat comes to mind when the media was awash with trial of its perpetrator. By media report, the perpetrator was found to have carried out his premeditated crimes with great precision and calculation, fully being aware of what he was doing without taking full responsibility of his crime and without remorse or pleading for forgiveness. His behaviour seemed to have fallen in line with his character and his action. But the TV and radio commentators, along with the press, seemed to be interested only on mere public apology, as if that apology could ease the pain of affected families and satisfy the wishes of judicial apparatus without lessening the immeasurable pain that was caused. Quite the reverse, treating the criminal with levity without responsibility and reparation for his crimes could encourage future more heinous crimes. We should not remove the importance of owning up responsibility for our actions.
 Our attitude should be as neutral as possible for Cosmic Law to be fulfilled naturally. Ageless wisdom, particularly in mystic’s mind, requires that forgiveness and karma go hand in hand with all sincerity and honesty. From Sanskrit’s meaning of karma as action or reaction, Karma represents the law of cause and effect, also known as law of compensation, in governance of whole universe, including humanity. By this law of karma, we reap what we sow, with full responsibility, and our fate is determined by the way we apply our free-will in our good or bad choices; it also depends on how we perform our daily duties in thoughts, words and deeds. Our good or bad actions and inactions register in memory of universal computer with non-destructible hard-disk drive and no computer ‘virus’ with requisites being debt repayment and learning lessons from acquired experiences in line with karmic directives. We are an integral part of Cosmic Consciousness and our choices affect our instant incarnational life or its later manifestation in evolution and Divine Justice. Reparation and doing good include services that the mystic performs daily, including the spiritual aid that our Order offers to the fraternity and the public, and soliciting for Peace Profound, Inner Peace or Universal Peace.
 We reap our most wonderful fruits in this or later incarnations with implementation of karmic law not being felt and experienced as divine punishment or reward, but as logical outcome of our actions. Not every ordeal is karmic, and not all our encountered problems result from negative karma. Though some may be, but whichever way it is, we go through them with courage. The wisest and greatest initiates were tested during their lifetimes, often, as part of their life mission. Through intuition and meditation, or through dreams or what we do or read or face, we are directed with needed lesson and signs to overcome challenges during our life journey.
 We humbly request from God of our Heart to help us realize whether our fortune or misfortune is of karmic origin, and to spiritually make amends, ask that our cosmic burden be lightened so as to be forgiven and granted leniency of Divine Mercy. Our request must be genuine and accompanied with concrete action with Divine injunction: “Help yourself, and heaven helps you!”. The Law of Karma is law of Love that helps us become aware to perfect our evolution; it compels us to put our free-will into action for right choices in “Know Yourself.” We reap most wonderful fruits of all our stored-up Good.

GAZING AT THE ROSY CROSS IN OUR COMPLEX WORLD.
Dalai Lama " No one can afford to assume that someone else will solve our problems. Every individual has a responsibility to help guide our human family in the right direction. Good wishes are not sufficient. "
While and when gazing at the Rosy Cross especially on the individual basis, no matter what number of years in our journey on this mystical path the Rosy Cross shall mean to one what it is and What it should be to you and I.
The Rosy Cross as a symbol surely shall mean to one an array of meanings, some definable and also others ineffable and inexplainable.
The universe and its rays, its emissions, geostationary and geospatial differences culminate in the environmental complexes and complexities around us today.
To say that the world today is not complex would be an excersise in self-deceit. And to deny its evolutionary process is like being still holding primitive thoughts in an aging world.
The environment in which man interplays remains complex and / or evolutionary depending on how man in various geographic spaces relate with the cosmos and creation underneath.
In many countries of the world today, the environment still variously determines the modes of life. In others the environment is subject to trials and errors, thus yielding to positive results and many other incapacitations.
In the advanced nations of the world various challenges are being faced squarely and innovations of all sorts have arisen and dazzling and dazing in numerous fields of advancement.
Advancement emanate in arts, science, medicine, technology and now the Artificial Intelligence and Robotics.
Space shuttles including the search for alternative energy sources are glaringly introducing dimensions to the world today both for good and bad purposes.
The dimensions introduced now include various attributes of superiority and inferiority complexes in global political leadership, economic power and despondency, religious fundamentalism and terrorism.
War in the East, West, North and Southern parts of the world.
So complex the world around us today to such an extent the potency in Dr. Kenneth Idiodi's affirmation in his statement: " Man the Problem, Man the Solution".
During one of my Sanctum Musings and while gazing at the Rosy Cross I was drawn to an esoteric excerpt, " In minerals God sleeps, in plants He awake, in animals He walks and in man He thinks".
Are we then as Rosicrucian students and as an individual initiate not at liberty to continue to gaze at the Rosy Cross, feel its spiritual effulgence from within us and think of how to make our complex world a better place to live in? Think about it.
Our thoughts if we allow to emanate from the Universal Mind, the Supreme Being and germinate in us as the creative, constructive cosmic forces shall be deployed to goodness, kindliness, harmony and peace profound.
When we walk around , both fellow humans and creatures of God shall perceive our aura as light, life and love.
Plants and vegetables shall awake to the glorious rays and as we nurture and culture them in different environments such shall promote and sustain our diets for good health and our longevity.
Yes, the whole world today is in disarray over who owns or who mines the God given minerals in which God's might lays in their bowels.
Illegality of all sorts both by the powerful and technologically advanced equally subject the downtrodden ones as illegal miners.
There are now complexities in attaining and advancing the course of the "Fatherhood of God and Brotherhood of Man " in all things as signified and demanded by the symbol of the "Flaming Rosy Cross".
In this our complex world are we as Rosicrucian students insulated from the tests, trials and tribulations all around us?
Be yes and/ or no, do you, do I and do we all daily gaze at the Rosy Cross, feel the aura, aroma, and splendid colours of the Rose when it unfolds its petals.
An old frater while assuring me about the beauty of my membership of our beloved Order Rosae Crucis when then a neophyte said to me, frater Olaniyi "The Rosicrucian Path may be Slow but it is Very Sure" he concluded.
Gazing at the Rosy Cross still in time like this complex world of today is like the Christian song:
