For the past four years, Letโ€™s Speak Africa has been collaborating with Innovative Youth Competence (IYC) from Pakistan to create programs for young people from African and Asian countries, empowering them to become better leaders.

We have just completed another edition. As always, we are grateful for the work we are able to do with Pakistan, with IYC, who have become great friends to us. We thank the of IYC Raj Asnani for working with us all these years.

We are very happy about this edition, and we hope to have even better collaborations in the future.

Meet Anesu Zambuko from Zimbabwe.

Anesu is a student at Midlands State University, currently studying for a degree in Environmental Safety, Health and Quality Management Systems.

She is passionate about horticulture, especially planting and nurturing trees and plants.

So far, she has planted 80 avocado trees and 200 apple and pine trees from cuttings. While some of the cuttings did not survive, a total of 132 plants have successfully grown.

Her commitment is a powerful reminder that impact is not just about starting, but about nurturing and staying consistent through the process.

We celebrate your dedication and impact, Anesu.
